If we saw an autosomal Dna test of Oprah's, I'm willing to guarantee that she has White ancestry. The most common way to find out your percentage of White or Native American ancestry is to take an autosomal Dna test. The deep south is where most of the admixing took place, so I doubt if any are pure. Most Caribbeans are mixed.
