The clothes in mime ministries usually represent God's brilliant light shining through our dark faults and imperfections as individuals and as a human race. Therefore, the white painted faces (and sometimes white gloves) represent God's light occupying and emerging from the dancer, while the dark (usually black) outfits represent the sinful nature of our earthly bodies. : )
