Generally, you can minimize your touch ups by applying barrier spray to the makeup after you're done, but before applying setting powder. Barrier spray freezes the makeup in place, it also prevents the makeup from going anywhere if you're a big sweater (this is generally done by spraying your face BEFORE you put on the makeup...)
