the main thing here is like Max Brooks says in his novel World War Z, in wich he describes the LaMoE (Last Man on Earth), they are isolated and begin to think the wasteland in wich they managed to survive is they turf, so when a new group of survivors appears and hide in this turf, or the authorities to bring back order, they see it as a treat and act agresive against it

Think of it this way: After the worst of the Black Pague was over the survivors engaged in a 100 year war for the land and property that was left.

The same thing is happening here, the initial threat of the infected is now minimal,.so now it comes down to fighting amoungst themselves for the city. The other fellow having to save him showed a moment of weakness on his behalf, so he acted aggressively about it.

Okay people are asking were stage 2 and 4 are and in truth there aren't any. This and stage 1 were on the 28 weeks later dvd to promote 28 days later: the aftermath graphic novel.

So you either buy the book or don't see what happens.

Yeah I noticed after I saw it the first time because the guy who shot him looked badass. I don't understand the second shot, but I know the first was was at the stomache. The second looked by the head, but he didn't have his mask on.

But the main still was too pissed with the guy who saved him in the first place. I doubt that he would have even shot at him if he wasn't aggitated by the main character. Sorry for the rant.
