Im an operator of the Acela and to my knowledge this looks fairly close to Boston past Rhode Island. We can go 140-150 for 18 miles between providence and junction 14, but once were past that we slow down to 55-75 depending on how much train traffic there is.
It's clearly not anywhere near the New Haven-Boston sector, it's clearly south of NYC. Look at the catenary poles. If you operate the Acela you should know that there are very few sections wider than 2 tracks from New Haven to Boston. In many cases it's 3 tracks not 4 or 5. The E60s pretty much hauled the long distance trains and the metroliners only ran from NYP-WAS. Are you sure you drive the Acela? I certainly hope all Amtrak drivers can point out the differences of where they operate.
Great Video!

What's the speed restriction in this zone, the Acela doesn't appear to be going any faster. (though it looks so much better)
