  • Wasn't "Scotch Broth" from around the time Scotland beat England and Celtic won the European Cup ('67?) Wonder if they wrote it as a theme song for that?

  • superb too nice

  • Thanks for that. Fings aint What They Used To Be debuted on Big Band Width TCC2 and what a belter that one is. Two close freinds got married recently and I prepared the CDs for the wedding breakfast from library music, in particular Pierre Porte, and other early CH4 and 1970's BBC trade music with others thrown in. All concerned loved it as quality music!!. If they knew the source they would have been mortified!!. Just goes to say never judge a book by its cover.

  • This is one tape that should be available on CD in its entirity the second track is so brilliant and motivational. Loved the channel four tape 'Almost together' whilst I was off school with M.E but this kicks ass!!!Any copies please??Kind regards

  • @officedragon100 Actually, I know that one of the songs is available on Amazon. Search mp3's for the KPM 1000 series.

  • the first track was also used as ITV strike music in our region YTV in Dec. 1978-I was off school ill, ah, sheer bliss indeed!!!
