Actually I was confused at first. See here in the US we are taught nothing but English. Until High School, then we can choose to learn a second language. I was mostly surprised with Sweden. Most teens can speak both Swedish and English, and fluently I might add.

There are a bunch of good bands in mexico, even if there are more crappy-newbie stuff, just like anywhere else. the only difference is that in mexico you cant aspire or expect to earn a decent pay from doing metal, like in other countries.
