Yeah I just got this last week and I can't ever see myself getting anywhere on 8B. I'm still doing 5B and haven't even S Classed any songs. I don't think I'll be as good as these folks, I'm probably at my plateau. Makes me kind of sad though.
Don't worry man. I also started out as a noob with 5B. I just practiced every free time I had. And now... Well... Not so much. But anyways, keep practising.

Sorry to tell you this, but no. This isn't on PC. I just used a method of video outputting from my PSP to the computer, and just capture the video with another program.
Why not consider playing the PC version of DJ Max? It's really much harder,
