I was so amazed to see Keith Bogans come off the bench and have such an impact!

scatman, do u think Bogans could be the new Bruce Bowen?

I doubt Bogans can be the next Bruce Bowen. Bowen is one of the best permiter defensive players the NBA has ever seen. Bogans game is simalr though. He shoots the 3 and play's D. He did a great job deying Bradon Roy the ball when he was on him. Then agasint the maverics he just shut down josh howard and any one he is on. It's pretty clear Bogans will beat out FInley for min's. I dont think he can be the next Bruce Bowen but he can certainly be a huge impact for the spurs defensive game.

I would be glad to see ANYONE take Finley's minutes. I've never been a fan of his, to the disbelief of my brother, and I was disappointed to see that he was still on the roster at the start of the season. On Bogans; he seems to have the defensive instincts required to be a specialist. Perhaps under Pops' wing he might be a Bowen-type defender, because you are right. Bowen was among the very best in the NBA.

thanks for uploading. We need to keep up the defense we had Dirk shut down for almost the entire first half. I am very happy that the spurs signed Bogans. He is becoming the defensive stopper we needed.
