This is pretty terrific singing from Rethberg who is not known for her florid singing but who shows here what excellent florid singing she was capable of. What a well rounded and expressive artist.

In order to be able to sing Mozart opera you have to have vocal capabilities that are actually better than the minimum requirements. Being merely equal to the task of singing Mozart opera is not enough.

Both of the great soprano Elisabeths from Sachsen (Saxony) i.e. Rethberg and Schumann were more than equal to the task.

I think that even the great Joan Sutherland (known as La Stupenda) is just pipped by this performance of Non Mi Dir by Elisabeth Rethberg.
