Ryan is exclusively the high, low, and whatever kind of vocals on the new record and all other records(minus the guest appearances). Trust me. I've been a fan since 02 when the self titled came out. That part in this live video where he says "to reach my veins" is him singing the high part.. Ryan sings the low notes live cause he probably doesn't want to attempt to hit high notes after screaming for 2 hours.
