You have some good sections/bars of the songs, however you need to learn the piece better so that you know all of the transitions so that the tempo/rhythm of the piece doesn't suffer because of it. Try playing the piece along with a metronome and even if you make mistakes, don't stop, this will help you to get a sense of rhythm and tempo.
Too much pedal is also used, and this is also probably due not really knowing the song that well.

Please tell me that was a bizarre interpretation, because that was far from what is written. In all honesty that was horrible, rhythm was terrible, dynamic control wasn't shown and it was played like a robot. To be able to rearrange a piece, the original must be known and known well, this doesn't feel like that. This is a classical piece! It should be played as written, no exception! Also this is an extremely difficult piece, may have been fun to play, but it wasn't fun listening to.
I think careful looking at the rhythms is needed CRITICALLY! Gershwin is all about rhythm and its accuracy! You seem to be adding notes and taking away beats quite randomly. Get the score out and write the counting!
rhythm's pretty off, i suggest working with a metronome first until you have the strict beat mastered before you start interpreting this piece to add your own touch. also, watch out for finger forms; flattening your fingers is a fundamental problem that could slow your down and limit your control over the dexterity of your fingers.

Ummmmm, this is a jazz song, you're playing it to straight, you need to play more on the upbeats and less on the downbeats.

Take out the tempo rubato and the weird improv. A steady tempo should be kept almost the whole way. Also, study the rhythm.
