The 90's....the hair! The walking in videos! But really, a great song. So many great things about it: the air in the vocals, the guitar that sits perfectly in the composition and mix, the honky tonk piano. A song that should have been bigger.

Great song! I've always wondered if Tom Petty was influenced by this song for the verse guitar parts in "Mary Jane's Last Dance"? This Jayhawks song was released a year prior to Mary Jane and Petty's keyboardist Benmont Tench played on this Jayhawks song and album. Odds are Petty must have heard it.
