  • Nice video. Love my Bosch as well. When I first watched yours I thought you'd kidnapped my great nephew. They could be twins

  • I'm delighted that you love that cute child, but please get him out of the demo. It's distracting. Glad you like your Bosch, I've got the Universal and the prior Magic Mixer from the 70's. They're amazing. I bought the Assistent but seldom use it-doesn't work as easily as the Bosch.

  • how much yeast ?? you kind of left us hanging there. this looks awesome but I need help with how much yeast.

  • i have a 350 watt kitchen aid mixer for 30 years made in the USA and its still working, i later bought a 600 watt kitchen aid and had it repaired after one year and then 2 years later broke again. i think i will try the Bosch.

  • I love your video! So cute! I too have a Bosch and they can not be beat!

  • and if I remember correctly, the Kitchen Aid will only allow you to do 1-2 pounds of whole wheat, where as in my bosch I can easily put 14 cups of flour alone, because the Bosch can handle it. The one and only time I tried to make whole wheat in my KA I could smell the motor burning.

Long story short, a Bosch can do every thing a KA does. But if you're not making Whole Wheat bread, no need for a Bosh, save your money as KA is great quality as well. Hope this helped. & a Good day to you.

  • Bill, my opinion is pretty simple- if you are going to be making whole wheat bread (especially if you're grinding your own wheat) then I would buy a Bosch 100%! If you're going to be doing everything else besides making whole wheat bread, then go with a kitchen aid, as they seem a tad bit easy to clean up and handle and are a little less expensive.

Now, you can do whole wheat in your kitchen aid with your dough hook, but only very small amounts, as you will burn up or motor. cont......

  • I really like your video. I was looking for a mixer and came across your video. My question to you is I noticed that you had a Kitchen Aid mixer in the background. If you had to choose one mixer to buy at this time would you buy the Bosch or the Kitchen Aid mixer? thanks Bill

  • I lreally enjoyed this video - thanks for sharing. I'm going to have to give your recipe a try. I also cook with my daughter (who is 4), it's a lot of fun and I'm glad she enjoys it as much as I do.

  • Thank you boys for the bread lesson! We are waiting to order our bosch machine so we can make larger batches of bread. In our house we have boys too and the bread is gone much too fast. We will be sure and try your recipe!
