I loved this video. I like Robert Dilt's understanding of what we need in society today. We do need "Authentic Leadership" in this time and age. I am so impressed by him because he is the best in the field of neurolinguistics. I love watching him and listening to every word he says. Not only is he a great and influential teacher, he is a great person who really knows what he is teaching. I love all of his books and am excited to see him continue training neurolinguistics.
