I just fixed this and downed a plate full. It was pretty good. I wasn't really digging the beef and chicken combination though. And the all of the cheese somehow escaped from the chicken and seeped out into the rice. I don't know how, I had it tied up pretty good.

Oh and I substituted the pearl rice with some wild rice I already had cooked.

I might try this one again after I tweek it to my own taste buds.

Peppered Roast beef that I used work great. I always do it with hot cappy or ham but it was a nice change. Im happy to hear you tried it.. The herbs really make it!
