For an Angelwing to have Bloodstains, you need either a hìthertofore undisovered Giant White-Feathered Bird (Whose Pinions wouldn't have the Mass/Surface-Area Ratio to fall fast enough to hurt a Car.- Ice IS that Dense). Or, an Angel in the Material, rather than Etherial Universe. Hydraulic-Fluid, is RED. Flap Damage.... QED (Quod Errat Demonstrandum...) Ciao...!

@Projectinsighter G'day Nomad, old mate ! Happy New Year..! Um, thanks for this... Cute... Yes, it is a Long Thin White Aerofoil ; and, it fell on a Car... But my 1st guess is an Icicle that's formed at Cruise-Speed & Alt., in the Slotted-Flaps at the underside Trailing-Edge of a Widebody-Jet. When the Flaps come down, in the Circuit to Land, the Ice-Mould of the Slats drops away... Stand CLEAR Below ! But ,one may be in Error..? Ciao !
