  • @NorkiddExo ,,, I don't have time to change my own oil,so therefore I do expect to have it serviced properly when I take it to the shop....When it happens to you in some way shape or form...you won't be talking shit about..some insurance going up...people and corporations need to fess up and stop bullshitting.

  • I won the court case but the corporate lawyers and crappy justice system make it almost not worth your time....

  • sue for time wasted get the tech to testify not the mgr they lie.sue for your cats and o2 sensors, muffler, engine, blow up the owners manual were it says severe engine damage by over filling. make them own a mercedes they have the 1million dollar alternator look it up thats what they need new lesson on customer service and training not weekly profits and day.

  • with u starting it up doesnt make it any better,, let me guess, ustill driving it too. all it was, too much pressure caused the oil to be push pass your valve seals. just put the right amount of oil in and let it run for a while, might have to flush your vacuum system.

  • @drewsflesh ..Sears need to fix it...not ME ..their refusal to fix it and admit their mistake is what is driving me ....If you make a mistake own up to it...

  • @RonHardy And these law suits are what makes America so expensive for insurance! Godamn just change your own oil lol.

  • The Car only had about 72,000 miles on it at the time...
