i think that the attempt to make the game scary was nice, but the game wont really be so scary unless you are 2 really easily scared people. and the whole being locked in a basement with fettle thing, it seems to me that if you are gona play co - op and you are going to play with friends then you both will agree on which ending you would like to aim for and just aim for it. so one pair could be an evil point man and brah and another could be a good fettle and brah

I know a lot of people are saying that this game is going to ruin the franchise, but I just finished F.E.A.R. (1) and I honestly did not find it all that scary and I've played the whole thing in the dark with the sound high. To me Alma did not appear enough. I believe the biggest problem is that they keep changing the plot of Alma and now it is effecting the other characters - like I have a hard time seeing Point Man doing this 180. I'm not bashing the seires but it wasn't really scary.

@grineti5 - On a later X-play (After they bumped back the release date) They said that scares spawn randomly. Its like how in L4D enemies spawn at random locations. So you can't really think, "oh here comes that one scare." because its unlikely it will come up there.
