its a mesculin worm from the cacti of mexico..the worm lives inside the cacti and eats all the drug, mesculin...the worms are removed from cacti and placed in tequila bottles(extra spice..lol) though sometimes the guts are removed because this contains the mos powerfull part of the drug..
