A better way is to make shere the the light saber is black when u record or white and ad a dot of the opposite color this will help you use motion tracking to lock on to the light saber and follow it throughout without having to go frame bye frame

@tablemic that happend to me too. Export to Adobe Flash Player and select the quality you want, and down select "rasterize" (i think there's an "ignore") and select all the options that comes then (not the audio ones).

ok guys dont do motion tracking becuz then u swing the saber around the color changes and it fades in and out makes it hard for the tracker so dont do it if u do the tracker will lose the saber and will fuck it up

The problem i have is similar, if i look at my FX controls on the left side to edit the effect itself, it says "missing saber control" or something like that. so something is missing.
