First off, who doesn't know that there's no such a thing as a $1,000,000 bill? Stupid crook.

Secondly, there are people who don't know that there's such a thing as a $2 bill, so I doubt very much that they'd fall for the $1,000,000 trick (ironically enough).

Third, in reference to the news story, a $100,000 bill from the 1930s was rarely, if ever, used by anyone except banks to make it more efficient to physically transfer a large amount of funds between institutions.
