  • Aroma Chinese Buffet in Wood Green Shopping City, north london, england. Best Chinese Ever. And a pretty solid Tepanjaki Bar there too.

  • pretty sure those are called pot stickers.

  • Of course they're not traditional dumplings. They were made for the American consumer's taste buds. Just like how Chow mien isn't even "real" Chinese food, but you see Americans buy it all the time.

  • yum!! I wish we had great stuff in NC

  • I love dumplings as a Chinese myself but you call that dumplings? Wait till you authentic dumplings....That dumpling looks too oily to be consumed. URGH~ as if I am eating grease.

  • I'm a freak for the crab & cream cheese dumplings! I could eat just those for dinner & be happy. Too bad Chung's in Cleveland,& the Tahiti in westlake are gone. They made them the best in these parts.

  • the best chinese food is probably sam woo in san gabriel, california

  • the best chinese food I've ever had was in my hometown.

Sadly they got new recipies and are almost going out of buisness.

but my god, that sweet and sour pork and ginger beef was FANTASTIC.

the next best thing is the noodle boxes in fan tan alley from the cafe in victoria, bc canada.

  • i cant access to her twitter,

  • @michaelalee1988 its @hongsdumplings no spaces nor apostrophe

  • Gay german voice = WIN

  • Those are some healthy sized dumplings. I love this lady, home-cooked, almost rustic in a way. How dare you show such a close-up of the dumplings when I'm not in Vermont? T-T

  • The best chinese food I've ever had is in my house lol

my mom makes some pretty mean dumplings ;D

  • Aw - that's great. You're lucky!! Can I come to dinner?? :) - Seriously though, thanks for watching my show. You should send me some pics of the dumplings, I'll put then on our facebook page!

  • Never though chinese food would sound so good! I've said it in all of the first 6 episodes in season 1, but Daniel is a brilliant host!

  • Thanks!

  • what about vareniky ? is there any around in San Francisco ?

  • San Francisco! You have one of the best Chinatowns in America!!! I've had some of my favorite Dim Sum brunches. Have you ever been?

  • im a dumpling junkie!! i can't quite decide which is the best i've had. either this one restaurant in chinatown in houston, USA, or just an extra delicious batch here in delhi. (theyre one of the most popular streetfood here, and theyre local food of people from the northern regions of india - neighbouring tibet mostly). in fancy restaurants in delhi they sometimes make excellent ones ( = thin chewy wrapping and soupy inside). havent found great dumplings in europe so far though...

  • Mmm! Those sound delicious! Do you have any pictures of them?

  • great video, the ending was priceless xD

  • HAHA! Thanks. I'll try and keep adding bloopers. ;) -Dan

  • Dude i lol'd at the end

  • ;) HA

  • THATS MY LAST NAME :D

  • Oh my .. this looks so delicious! I like the fact that they're all different in size and shape - makes them look home made and extremely tasty! Ah .. I'm hungry :)

  • Any they were Nat! So delicious. The trip up from NYC isn't that far either!

  • Wow, I'd actually consider traveling to Vermont to eat those dumplings! Yummy! :) Nice work, Dan!

  • Thanks my dear!

  • God, those dumplings look good..

Loving the bloopers at the end aswell. They're hilarious!

  • Sweet! Glad you're digging it. I just need to help f•ucking up on shoots, which will NOT be hard. Trust me. :) Where are you from?

  • I'm from New Zealand. Sadly street food isn't big here. In fact, it's hard to even find a proper stall nowadays :(

  • Well if you find a proper stall, would you be willing to make a video or take some photos for us?

  • I'm bad with videos but I could definitely take some pictures for you! I assure you though, most of the stalls I've come across sell one thing and one thing only... Hot chips haha

  • Where are the pictures!!!???

  • Wow! Amazing viewer comment. I have had some great dumplings on St. Marks in NYC. Dumpling Man I think.

  • I need to try that :P ..

  • Monique!! My friend! You do! Are you near VT?

  • no way xD I dont even live in United States...I live in Portugal... But I really wanna go there and when that happen I WILL FOR SURE TRY DUMPLINGS !! :D

  • Ohh! What's the street food like there?

  • well we have more sweet stuff like churros, crepes ( kind of pancakes), etc. But the most traditional is Bifanas ( I think you call it medallions of pork ) which we put in the middle of the bread with a portuguese typical sauce. And also Sausages a lot of portuguese sausages xD... but we dont have a lot of street food... we have that more when there is traditional festivals or commemorations...WE LOVE TAVERNS..Its like British pubs xD...

  • Great ep. The best stuff is always in the weirdest places. You'd think given the success of this cart in Burlington that there'd be one on every street corner in places like NY.

  • I know! Haha. The dumplings were SERIOUSLY delicious. I'd be so fat if they were in NYC. Disgustingly obese... I mean cream cheese and crab! Come on!
