if you convert it over to run primarily off gas, but to pump hydrogen into the system, it works much more safely, and can as much as double your fuel economy...PLUS the system you set up will be much smaller, so easier to fit on a bike...
To free enough hydrogen to drive... say a S10, you'd have to build a generator the size of a toolbox in the bed & fill the rest of the bed, along with the space under the bed with batteries. Do it the easy way. Buy or build an electric car.
Realistically, they would have to build a hydrogen generator so large that they're garenteed to produce MORE hydrogen then they need. Hook it up to a flow meter of some sort & run the engine. That way they can determine how much they need to idle & how much they need at full throttle. Building a proper hydrogen generator is expensive & time consuming though.
hho burns so much faster than gas its a must to time it at tdc gasoline starts to burn when the piston isnt even at tdc because its so ineffiecient. take the carb off and block the intake except for the hho tube with a needle jet for rpm. you can hook a cable to a type of needle valve for a throttle.
if i may suggest something..i second "o2bpsycho" suggestion ...and to compensate for the variable air/fuel intake of the motor versus the production of hho...why not make a variable voltage/current to the generator so that it approximates the requirements of the motor rev range.
do not close off the intake, rather make a venturi to draw the HHO in, and allow regular air in as well. This will lean the mix out more, and let a more stochiometric mix enter the cylinder.

it seems you need more hho run ur scooty for long times.and for victor i suggest feeding the hho thru airfilter instead of carburetor.

meyer stated that mixing the gases from burnt gas with HHO,will slow the burn time and allow you to run it in any engine with no timing modification.
try mixing welding gas (argon) with it to slow the burn time.

Small amount of petorol in bubbler is enough to run the bike, without any problem.
