Besides that, look at the highest rated comment, that should give an indication of what is under the hood.

It's not exactly a big engine in it, it's a k5 gsxr1000 1.0 litre, 180hp ish standard, but it's had exhaust/powercommander/airbox. And maybe a few other bits to make it 200hp, sounds as though the crank has been balanced too.

The smart is shaped like an egg and therefore not aerodynamic, thus not capable of those speeds you mention. Even with a 200hp bike engine. It's fast, but the focus is more on acceleration.
