Nothin wrong with trainin insane but damn dude, you can mess your neck up just doin behind the neck presses why take the chance? But with that said I do realize what works for some doesnt work for others.
not to hate here but your tellin me to put a weight around my neck to uh pull my body forward so my pecs get most of the workout. You lost me on that part about messing my neck up by hanging a weight from it. I'll pass, thanks tho
