chuck it, it is only a single lens anyway. you really want the thermal double lens for best anti fog. the anti fog layer does not do much or its effectiveness is very short

It's said that Dye i4's are the best goggle made so far. My friend has a dye i4 and its really really nice. it has a big lense just like the empire e-vents so you can see a lot around you and its light and low profile. oh yeah and its pretty small. it doesnt cover that much of your neck and some parts of your chin and some of your throat. but its a really well done mask

Ok seriously here's my review there a sick looking mask that's why I bought them but the negotives are they really don't vent well like on a hot day you will take the mask off after a game an there will b moisture rount the mouth area also the foam around the eyes is not very well attached so when it started comeing off I tried to glue it back on now there's a hard supper glue spike that digs into My forehead

By the way before you play with these, REMEMBER TO PEEL THE PROTECTIVE FILMS OFF THE OUTSIDE AAANNNDDD INSIDE. I put all of that in caps because if you leave one of the films on, especially the inside one, it COMLPLETELY defeats the thermal purpose, it's like playing with a pair of non-thermal rental goggles.. seriously you'll be VERY dissapointed if you don't take them films off lol. Other than that, best goggle out there.. sry to all other masks but NO... EVENTS!!!!! :)

My clear lens for my vents "crystalized" i kept it in the microfiber bag in my closet and i took it out to take a look (i always use my "true thermal lens") but my clear lens with the whole "baked" anti fog stuff just like crystalized like frost on a window, help please?

The only thing i could honestly say is if you really want to do something and have some time on your hands, call up empire and talk to them to see if it might be covered under warranty and you could possibly get a new free lens. If not, just throw away that one and buy another one.

@Hellschaoticdiablo I bought a used Event today, crystalized lense like you had said. I scrubbed the crystally stuff off with paper towel and water. It is a lot easyier to fog with my breath now, but i wore it around breathing heavy, and it didn't. You could also just put an aftermarket anti-fog on it after getting the stuff off too.

Dye i4s are even easier to take off the lense. But that is really quick aswel, but it has many parts that u can mislay on the games and practise.

Good review man. Just want to make a note for you. Those "foam fingers" are called sound Baffles. They prevent the sound when yelling to go back to your ears. They serve their purpose more as that then Support of the mask itself.

the manual and sleeve go into the curved compartment behind the massive hump in the centre.......then the small visor goes int the small front compartment......then the large visor rests on top of the small visor so that the ends of the large visor stick into the back holes.
