  • @demonhorse103 might be wrong but it might be all quiet on the eastern frount and it was the germans charging if so

  • 1:35 head is comes off XD

  • what movie is the last clip from ? the one with the space ships ?

  • @muiebozgorilor Battle star galactica

  • There will never be a time when humans don't fight there might be a time when we fight something other then each other but we will always fight

  • The only way there will be permanent peace is when the last man falls.

  • 1:35 HEADSHOT!!! 3:53 WTF!!!

  • Reminds me of that scene where Wolverine & Sabertooth fight in X-Men Origins.

BTW, something is missing between 11 and 12... we don't just jump into space after having our asses behind enemy lines. xD

  • War, war never changes.

  • I do think that war is in our nature, but that we can control our urges.

  • @Schwertization That's not gonna happen.

  • @Warhammer40k47 During the Cuban Missile Crisis, we were a heartbeat away from complete and total annihilation, but we controlled our need to destroy, and managed a peaceful solution.

  • @Schwertization I don't to explain I just present a History book.

  • @Warhammer40k47 Here are a few more examples:

    -Stripping down nuclear stockpiles

-The fact that we are still alive and not all dead

-Peaceful relations between all the worlds superpowers (China is an exception, but they need a new domestic policy before they would be able to effectively fight the US and Russia, not to mention their allies...)

    -Peace during the Berlin crisis

    -The Space Race concluded peacefully

-Peaceful resolution of invasion of Czechoslovakia

I can say more if you like

  • @Schwertization I'll have to remind myself to answer when the next war will start.

  • @Warhammer40k47 You do that *shakes hand*

  • @Schwertization Don't forget Islam

  • War is harder and more gruesome then little kids think recoil weight air strikes etc cod and others are bad influence if little kids know nothing of real war

  • Wow. Awesome editing etc.

  • war is the price we pay for living in society. its nature catching up to us after we cheat it with our science and technology.

  • 3:30 - 4:28 MW2 in real life

  • really good transitions between movies ay. nice work

  • @derpster100 First nukes went off in WW2

@derpster100 I say nukes are from the previous era.

  • 2:10 that wouldve never really happened -_-

  • 3:27 welllll done mate

  • War.. War never change.

  • *claps Hands* MORE MORE MORE!

  • who feels like playing medieval total war 2?

  • So long as there are humans, there will be wars.

  • Very well done. I assume you are an editor or first assistant editor by trade. I would be surprised to hear otherwise.

  • So sad to see naive people. You cant ignore or run from what they call love. That is nature whether you accept it or not, war is the same and essential, a necessity for human existance. Try to remove love, hate, anger, mercy or any of these and you arent human at all. War never changes because we never do, because we are humans. I pity who deny the feelings of their nature and keep their minds stuck in one single idea of absolute peace.

Whoever wishes for peace, let him prepare for war.

    Vegetius

  • @Flueeeee nice

  • @Flueeeee

whoever calls people naive, let him prepare to be called naive.

    Ready? you are very naive!

  • @Studio88Cell aww.. fail =)

  • @Flueeeee yeh you did, so did i, we can all be failures

  • @Flueeeee ?

  • @Flueeeee

    that's whats expected

  • @Studio88Cell sorry, you talking to me?

  • @Flueeeee in peace men prepare for war.

i forgot the guy who told this :D

  • @Flueeeee Wow finally found someone that don't believe in shit that war and violence isn't in our nature.

As I heard somewhere and you said it; without emotion, good or bad, we aren't human. Its only because we are us and anyway war aren't just for human, ape do it too :D

  • Uh... You can. It's called a sociopath.

  • @Flueeeee

    Well Said.

  • @Flueeeee Your are the kinda guy who will be called a pessimist by people, for knowing the truth most see when watching just the history of mankind.

  • @Flueeeee War destroys everything needed to sustain itself so war will end in peace.

Peace has no substance of itself and creates everything needed for war so peace usually lead to war (at some point).

Yet in our modern society, with families having just 1-2 children, losing just one in war becomes a much bigger deal than it once was. In a sense we started to become a lot more averse to war; not because of anything noble: we just don't like losing more people.

  • @Flueeeee Or if we go to war, we make sure that we are absolutely superior to our enemy and to keep our casualties as low as possible. Americans and Russians respectively use air force and artillery to basically reduce their opposition (in the Middle East and Chechnya) to pieces before sending in foot soldiers.

And if we are on the weaker side, we avoid fighting directly.

I would say that we (at least the more developed world) are approaching a world with a lot less huge war.

  • @Flueeeee Not exactly correct yourself. Just because it's inevitable doesn't mean we should admire war. We can accept it, but your correct about the people who are commenting "Working together, we can make peace." Unless I'm perceiving your claim wrong, your not correct yourself.

    Accouterments

    Conviviality.

    Big words.

It happens when I make serious comments on youtube.

  • 1:55 movie?

  • @MrSlroyboy The film is called: A very long engagement

Also, it lists the films in the description of the video.

  • @MrSlroyboy A documentary called The Somme.

  • Nice work although I personally would have prefer 21st century warfare with drones and the likes in there instead of the sci-fi stuff, but that is a matter of taste.

It is quite incredible how good human kind is at inflicting destruction, how we preserved our savagry and our willingness for great inhumanity towards our fellow man.

  • there where ALOT of gaps of time periods in this video.

  • @DannySmith300 Author already commented that it was development of weapons, not timeline important.

  • 0:30 whack!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • That's a nice video.

  • Wow WW1 must've been aweful.

  • Comment removed

  • The technology advances but human nature doesn't.

Yes, in every war they kill you in a different way but the reason of pitiless indifference for fellow human beings does not. There is no progression. In our tools, yes. In ourselves, no.

  • @FanaticTroll and thats the reason why you can make good history movies

  • @FanaticTroll

Opinions can or can't kill, so don't or do have them.

    Your wrong and right.

  • nice video

  • what is the 3d one

  • what is the secand 1

  • @Orangman32: I do agree with you, but the American Civil War wasn't too much fundamentally different from the American Revolution. Lines of infantry were still charged by cavalry, with cannons firing in the distance. Sure, rifled muskets and revolvers might have an effect, but it still isn't dramatically different. I reckon the same could be said of WWI and WWII, though. Oh well, take it however you want.

  • @FlashHawk4

ww2 brough air assults and bombing raids

  • @SaintsSpecOps ww1 had bombing raids too.

  • what was the veinam movie called

  • @MrSeanlob Apocalypse Now!

  • wat world war 1 movie is that?

  • @bb33nnii A Very Long Engagement

  • Hide behind thick armor. Run with jet engines. Cover your fists with depleeted uranium. Seek me with satellites and thermovision. But in every epoch, in every battle there would be just you and me. Your spirit against mine. And I`ll win! `Couse I`m not affraid to die.So FEAR ME!

  • @BrotherKomissar

our guys aren't afraid to die. They're afriad to see each other die

  • @SaintsSpecOps My brothers are ready to die for each other, but they prefer to kill for each other.

  • From american revolution to ww1 is a big jump.

  • @Orangman32 Yeah, if only there was a Spanish-American War movie....

  • @Orangman32 wars were still fought in similar ways from the revolution to WW1. armies would march over open ground, charging the enemy, bayonets blazing. but I suppose he could have put in the napoleanic wars.

  • @warobsessive That is Napoleonic Warfare; columns and rows of men arranged shoulder to shoulder one row firing then the one behind and again

  • Comment removed

  • @Beldmort A Very Long Engagement

  • I cry for humanity.

  • What movie was used at 1:15?

  • @NMunro4

    braveheart

  • @NMunro4 Braveheart

  • If your talking about the evolution of warfare. WW2, Indochina Wars & and recent US military campaigns which you depicted in your video are generally considered to be "Modern Warfare"

  • @Ihateinvalidusernam1 As far as most military science books are considered modern war refers to developments begining in the Russo-Japanese war. However many authorities now consider that since the end of the Cold-War a new phase of warfare has developed. I am still out on the latter point however.

  • nice mix dude

  • way too much glorification in my opinion, but you got a good sense of how to edit/cut a video.

  • what is the name of video about 1 WW?

  • some sort of crap! Showing a poor American insurgents in British colonies, and someone forgot about the Polish hussars, the best horse in Europe formations...
