@Murtah i think they were trying to play on the time he was born in, although i think they went a little two far back, what mark was saying, or alot of it, was typical of 18thc- men. Although by the 1920's alot of women refused to marry to keep their jobs so it wasn't as unusual.... but they were still expected to cook. and the rich did marry young... around 17ish, to men in their late twenties.
