Sure some hits look cool but in the end they dont happen often. if your going to buy this game prepare to have your running back trip and fall 3/4 of the time. Also, after they made the patch half the passing game was ruined. You couldnt pass it to anyone. They would ALWAYS drop it. I played as the pioneers and the "Possesion recievers" literally dropped every single pass. Tackle alley is goodtho
This game looks good at first sight but fails when you get in depth. I was very dissapointed how there was no players that were labeled at what they were good at. Example: posssesion reciever or blocking reciever or big play reciever. All that stuff. Most of the time when i get tackled its because i get knocked to the ground by one of my teammates. Most of the time when im tackled its because i touch another player slightly. Players dont have balance. its frusterating to do inside runs.
i tried this game it sucks so much, i knew this game was not gonna kill madden. anyone who said that is a dumbass. it sooooooo boring. its not fun at all, that what happens when u let people who are british make a game about a american sport, they should of used this gameplay for a soccer game
@UndeadHydralisk actually correction they are no britsh, its just a british made program that powers the game, but i also wanted to say, im not a madden fanboy, i only like some madden games, personally i enjoy Gameday but yeah its gone but whatever, but most NFL fan will not but this game because no NFL teams, plus this is not how to GB sees, the QB does not see his own back so stop saying that. its just real stupid
i remember playing 2k5 in the first person mode and when u switched players, the action would slow down for a second or two. i think this wuld come in real handy in this game on defense.
the best part of backbreaker is natural motion thats about it, everything else just does't work. running in tackle alley works fine but once u start the real game it a mixed bag. passing is just terrible, using the RS to switch receivers is to tedious and takes way to long, by the time you switch your sacked.the defensive side of the ball is alright but camera changes sucked, and the music is just too annoying. sigh i had high hopes for this game.
The only problem I took out of this video was how you don't have the option to switch the game play camera at all. That is dumb. But other than that, this game looks a lot better than Madden. And is probably better than Madden. It just doesn't have NFL teams (which I know a lot people like) and like I said before about the camera thingy. People are fixated on Madden and will always love it no matter how BAD it gets.

The point of games like this is realism, madden sucks when it comes to that! stop dissing this game cause i dont have real teams, the customization is by far the best in a sports game and almost the best out there period. This game deserves more of a 7.5-8.5 not just a 5.0 thats a bit pathetic ign that you guys still want madden year after year dot he same things year after year!
@christianrocklive The few problems he mentioned are problems that make you say "do i want to keep playing". I support this game, every flaw he mentioned (except for the crowd, and kick off music) is exactly how "I" feel about it. The camera for deffense if just fine with me, but for Offense? It may be just me, but everytime i drop back to pass, I throw the ball in fear, instead of being able to be confident in the pocket. Get me?
@MsLady718 ya thats true but think about it, if you were on a field wearing a helmet like that you probably wont see to much to the side like that but they could have changed it a bit

@christianrocklive and @jlcarterjr89 No. Ppl like Tom Brady, Peyton Manning, Drew Brees ect. They can sit in the pocket with some type of confidence that theyre pocket is being protected. In BB, you have NO clue what your line is doing out of your line of sight, which makes the user paranoid. I cant tell you how many times I rushed a pass due to me thinking im being blitz'd. You cant be composed if you cant see your pocket. Get me?

proof that theyre so used to seeing madden come out every year they still use the word "animation" and dont appreciate what other games are trying to do in this controversial genre...
I prefer no commentary do to the fact in real life you dont hear commentators while you are on the field.
