  • Looked great Ms. Betty! Thanks

  • Great Job . im making this for Thanksgiving .. just 3 pounds so it should only take an hour or little more to cook. does that sound about right... Thanks Joe....

  • Betty would it be alright to keep the turkey in one roasting pan the whole time with the breast side up and covered with foil?

  • @mnewcomer228 Yes, that would be fine.

    --Betty :)

  • Betty, instead of using foil, would a baking bag have the same effect?

  • @SheilaBeela87 Yes, a baking bag would be fine.

    --Betty :)

  • Betty, i am following your instructions for my xmas dinner. Thanks for all your videos. Greetings from Mexico :)

  • betty, where is your video that shows how to carve turkey?

  • @laurysocheerful Just search in bettyskitchen for Rick carving turkey.

  • lookin good , turkey time

  • betty you very good teacher i have once question why you used cold water to was turkey why not hot?

  • @rosinasweetheart YOu should rinse any meat with cold water. Hot water will partially "cook" the turkey. The cold water keeps it fresh.

  • Thank you again for the recipes Betty. I'm excited to prepare this for thanksgiving dinner. Happy Holidays!

  • Hey Betty,

Thanks for the great video. Can you tell me what temperature you cooked this breast on?

  • @snooky396 It's 325 F. You will find the complete recipe with each video. Just click the down arrow or "more info."

  • betty, i like this video the most! i looked at this video over 3 times!

  • Hey Betty, not meaning to be rude or anything but one of these days could you make a video touring your house? I think it would be very interesting to watch... you have a really pretty house.

  • Hi Betty, what stores do you know off sell turkey breast turkey like that.

  • I got mine at Kroger--but most grocery stores will have it in the frozen meat section.

    --Betty :)

  • That looks delicious! That was a great way to prepare it too. Have a lovely Christmas and New Years with your family.

  • merry Christmas Betty, Rick and Remmy the dog!

  • WOW! That looks SOOOOO DELICOUS! You are fabulous at creating and cooking lovely food! And Rick is fabulous at carving. The carving as well as the gorgeously cooked food goes together to appeal to the eyes.

    Thankyou

Love and hugs to you both xx

  • betty, i've often wondered....what do u do with alllllllllllllll the food u cook that is left over??

  • I never throw anything away. I always refrigerate or freeze leftovers, and then heat them up later. For example, yesterday I uploaded hot buttered rum, and today I am uploading fruit salad. so for tonight's supper I will need to get out some frozen chicken casserole, some frozen rolls, some frozen cheesecake, and heat some green beans to go along with my fresh fruit salad to have an easy meal, not wasting any of the previously cooked food!

  • Looks scrumtious ~~just out of curiousity what sides did you fix with it?

  • This time it was just a simple meal for my immediate family. I had potato rolls with butter, mashed potatoes, dressing, peas & carrots, cranberry sauce, iced tea, and French silk pie and skillet fudge. The entire plate is in the last slide of the video.

  • Another beautiful job from a beautiful lady! Thank you, Betty and Merry Christmas!

  • Betty is back!!!!!

You are the little stocking stuffer I needed for the holidays....keep the video's coming they relax me after the mall traffic & lines.....

  • naw, alot of those FN chefs annoy me... especially that one with the big head and lil body... Betty cracks me up, no technical food jargon, just simple talk for us common folk and she seems like such a nice person.

  • Mmmmm..... The turkey breast looks so delicious and so appealing. Betty you are simply the best! Thank you.
