im stuck on how to set up the webcam lol, i got amcap, but the blank screen pops up and then i duno what to do, and the helis are out of control when i put the cam on the heli lol was going in a circle spy heli motion, i need a tutorial on how to get it in the middle like the hawkspy heli lol

I also found that max file size each recording will be 4 gig as the sdhc cards in fat32 format which won't support files larger than that, so a 4 gig card is fine. The video data bit rate changes depending on how much light it was to capture as well. For the price they work well but the .avi format isn't pure 30 fps either while checking a video it made in vdube.

Also look for the #3 MD80 clone. It's the best one as you can record while it charges. While the cam is off hold down the TOP button and plug the power in at the same time. Then release the top button and press again and you're recording while it's charging. The audio quality on it is amazing. I also have one of those 1280x960 pen spy cams where the sd card goes into rather than onboard memory, and it's sound is horrible. Picture is a bit jumpie but I've only got a class 4 card at the moment.

Whatever you pay, it's probably going to be too much. I've bought 3 now and none of the batteries lasted longer than 5 charging cycles. They do have lipos inside that you could replace but a little expensive. I made a battery plug for one so I could just plug it into my flight battery on my RC plane. I know some people have had more luck than me (that's why I gave it 3 chances) but IMHO, it's junk.

I have one of these, I cannot seem to adjust the date and time on it, following the instructions didnt work. I use it on my radio controlled aircraft and the battery is getting tired so i just ordered 2 more cameras from EBay $12 AU each, post included,,, that seemed easier than trying to replace the battery.

@squarepants1961 Search online.....there is a way to format it with a small file included on the card that will either get rid of the date or make it correct.

@AussieMatters Sync is good if you use a reasonably fast card....it's all about the card. Video is also 720p whih is the upside but the battery will not last long....I think they are stored with a full charge for extended periods of time which ruins the LiPo battery.

@catamaranman333 I've had mine now for 2 months and the no name china brand 8gig sd "class 4" card that came with it was crap and not worth the extra $10+. I bought a sandisk 8gig 'class 4' for $10 and that was better. A good tip I learnt the hard way is to ONLY format sd cards with the correct software called "SDFormatter". It improves the sdhc card performance greatly. I've got a Trascend brand 8gig 'class 10' card coming next week to try in the md80 and a pen 1280 res pen cam I also now have.

@100PercentGreen I got my on ebay for $16.95USD for camra, but u do need some type of mamery card witch I picked up for $12.09 a sandisk MicroSDHC 8gb. I can give you ebay users if you want them. They were very good at cumation. Also, they are both business who have over 10 in stock. Cheep for what other places want. Also, the camra is a buy it now. No biding for eaither of the iteams.
