ha, not sure. there's about 2 foot of snow on the ground at the moment. havent thrown outside since October

lol i was just talking shit. but really though in terms of work, the first i would work on would be getting a better rhythm so that you can move through the throw faster. It seems as if you both slow down as you move into the penultimate. After that i would work on pulling through the tip and minimizing the angle of attack. Technique cannot be stressed enough. On the positive side, it only gets with every rep.

White - nice "C" but no pull because you have no rotaion.

Black - All arm try starting the throw with your shoulder.

Pull comes from the shoulder and forward rotation

also russ be more agressive on the plant screw that soft step crap,try throwing more over the center of gravity it looks like you lean back a bittaking your hips outof it, just an observation hi Sid
