velasca that is not true. Gordon Ramsay knows his mistakes. Ramsay swearing and insults is a form of motivation for people not to do stupid mistakes and you wont get yelled at. Ramsay excels at excellence and doenst want failures. Gordon is a workaholic control freak and marco is just little bit more relaxed.

It is pure passion to want to learn from the best even if he is a total douchebag, it is not about that, it is about learning and getting better. Being called a donkey by Gordon is honoring because it means he cares about your progression, it is not about hurting your feelings, its about exceeding yourself.
