I love your videos. I always seem to walk away with something positive and enlightening after watching your videos. I hate tracking. It is nice to know that it is possible to be successful without having to write every mouthful down.
ahhh love this video! :) I use myiPhone app.. I admit to it but I also do believe in tracking emotions while eating. I even do it with my running program! and I have noticed that since I am running more I am ENJOYING it more whereas in the beginning I felt horrible afterwards. Food, exercise, emotions.. all linked together. You need to be mindful of all of them :)
I am not finished with 2009 , I have another 3 pounds to go or more, and this way, I can just roll into 2010 and continue on...summertime is my main goal

i llove this video, im so sick of iphones lol since i cant afford one and even if i did i dont think i would get one, i love the intro, i love loosing weight the old fashion way and feeling like i accompished it with my own mindset, and how my body wants and craves food, but im sure i know how to limit myself and still get to goal!!! thank you!!!!

i don't track or count or measure my food either. i make sure i buy good, healthy food and i eat it when i'm hungry. period.
i keep track of what i feel too. i blog/vlog.
