alter penalty brake whats that and i like the nr class instruments very neat its like an computer console and a odometer what the hell and iits done nearly 3700000 time for a new loco

@althom01 its Alerter, penalty brake, or Vigilance control, we must push a button every 90 seconds or there abouts otherwise emergency brakes apply incase crew falls asleep. yes alot are around the 3 million km's now and on thier 2nd or 3rd engine and will keep going for a long time yet.
