  • What are those colored things at the end of your brushes???

  • do they sell this anymore?

  • Can you please do a skin care video! :)

  • Yes, I did LOL "like attracts like" . I use MAC Pro full coverage and Studio Fix fluid. I also use Clinique instant pore perfector. I want to make sure I am using the right combo. Do you have any suggestions? BTW, I have oily/combo skin. Thanks :)

  • @equus418 Are you having trouble with your products now or are they working fine?

  • @dustyohunter My skin looks flawless, of course, after I apply foundation. But I would say that in about 5-7 hours later it's not. You can see my blemishes. I am thinking the makeup is sliding or separating. FYI, I live in hot/humid Hawaii if that helps. But I work indoors in air condition and the makeup still doesn't last.

  • @equus418 I don't know of many foundations that look that great after 7 hours. Especially in a humid climate or on oily skin. I think that's about average wear time.

  • Is this foundation oil based? Thanks

  • @equus418 Were you just watching Goss' video? ;) I don't still have the box, which is where the ingredients are listed so I can't tell you for certain what is, or what isn't, in it. If you call a MAC Pro store though (they are the ones that carry it) they will be able to tell you the ingredients :)

  • @dustyohunter Fortunately, I found the box. I really thought I had thrown it away. Ingredients: octhydodecanol, synthethis beeswax, copernicia seifera (carnauba) wax, ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, silica, hydrogenated polyisobutene, simmondsia chinensis (jojoba) seed oil, tocopherol, ascorbyl palmitate, polybutene, alumina, stearic acid, mica, titanium dioxide, iron oxides, chromium oxide greens, ultramarines, (I hope I spelled everything correctly).

  • Respond to this video... The first ingredient, octhydodecanol, is from coconut. MAC also says this foundation is water-resistant. Does that mean this is oil-based?

  • @equus418 It looks like it has jojoba sead oil in it, so it does have oil in it. I wish I could help more but you'd really have to contact MAC.

  • @dustyohunter You really did help. Thanks :) Keep up the great work on your videos and blog.

  • How come you put this as unlisted? :(

  • @Valeriex8 because i did a review video for EVERY foundation that mac makes and uploaded them all at the same time - i didn't want people's subscription boxes overloaded with videos - these in-depth reviews are technically part of the overview video - so you get to them via that video :)

  • @dustyohunter oh ok, makes sense :) I hope you didn't take that a rude comment, I was just curious that's all :)

  • @Valeriex8 not rude at all :)

  • @dustyohunter good :)

  • I dont seem to find it on the mac website, is it a pro product?

  • @xxmelody09xx lol yes :) it's mentioned in an annotation at the beginning of the video :)

  • Hey Dustin! Love your videos! This series on MAC foundations is the best! I noticed you used a lot of MAC face brushes in these videos. You are so making go out and buy the brushes you used for my kit. Can you do a brush video on your fav MAC brushes? Please :)

  • @MrsKGarrett Brush video is already in the works! It will be a bit of an undertaking though... Give me a little time! LOL :)

  • how do i buy this because the mac pro website no longer works for people without a pro account

  • Too bad that this foundation tends to "break down" after a hour or so. It looks absolutely fabulous on you.

  • I really like the way cream foundations look on men. Maybe they seem more matte? I'm not really sure why.

  • This foundation is awesome. I discovered it 3 years ago and I use it whenever I want "full coverage". It is quite economical as well since you need so little at a time. I also use the orange one as a concealer. You have worked really hard to make these videos for us. I appreciate this. Thanks.

  • Thanks for putting so much work into all these videos! You're a rockstar. Nuff said.

  • Do you think people can just use this as a concealer? I have trouble finding an under-eye concealer because cream concealers are always slightly too thick/drying and liquid concealers seep into my lines.

  • @nosleepinheaven Yes it absolutely can be used for that. It's actually "supposed" to be the EXACT same product as one of MAC's cream concealers, just in a large compact instead of a teenie pot. I personally don't feel like the formula is exactly the same (this feels just SLIGHTLY more airy) but it's REALLY close. I could be wrong though, it could literally be the same exact product.

  • is it a wet consistency or a powder? I dont understand how it can be such a full coverage if it is a powder.. if that makes sense

  • @Graciegunn It's a moist cream. Just like a creamy concealer.
