  • Que hermosos recuerdos por favor!!! Elsieland - Quilmes a full !!! La mejor época...al menos para mí...disfruten...

  • The rythm guitarist looks like Pippin Took . . .

  • @thesimsguy1905 i do totaly agree rock on man

  • I wish I could live in this era; too bad my brother's such a dick that he probably won't build me a time machine once he graduates from college.

  • Were there ever any female guitarists worth remembering that were notable for using the talkbox?

  • I like him

  • Jesus is the way the truth and the life

  • Escucho estos temas desde los 70, la calidad musical y letra es de calidad muy buena. En mi país esta música a tenido muchos seguidores.

  • i wonder if todays generation appreciate their music as we do our?

  • @55102 no we don't alot of us went back to classic rock

  • Makes me remember some very happy times.

  • love frampton takes me back lol

  • "I watch you when you're sleeping, and then I want to take your love" --FRAMPTON COMES ALIVE, original title FRAMPTON THREATENS TO RAPE YOU

  • @H8YerSt8 ...but he doesnt,he is a gentleman and wants her to show him the correct way to go about shagging her.he stares at her in her sleep because she is so beautiful and because he is desperately in love...hence the track title.

  • @jewellerjason lol. He is a gentleman. Sorry, that was just a joke I heard.

  • were there any female musicians that were notable for using the talkbox ever?

  • This music will never be the same again I am glad I lived the era when real instruments were used and people were not afraid of their voice.

  • Gr8 being able to retrieve these moments and feel 18 again!

  • Damn..I love seeing Peter playing a Strat!!!!

  • 3:39 frampton and his backup vocals sing different lyrics...anyone else catch that?

  • @kombatconnor Dude, it's live...You get up there and try that shit in 1975!

  • Aiaiai...isso basta, e os meus aplausos para o grande Peter Frampton!! amoooooooooooooooooooooooo

  • Him make them goofy sounds with his toothsome. He must be crazy. He look crazy too.

  • R.I.P Bob Mayo great musicican.

  • I saw him and this line up in 76 ,what a great band.

  • This particular performance of Peter (and his band) is absolutly flawless - that's rare for a live version of a song and/or t.v. performance. It's as "clean" as the studio version. Now that is talent!!

  • my dad showed me this song when i made a reference to a jewish song. ive always loved the sound of the guitar on this song. does anyone know what effect he's using? i might use it for guitar jamming.

  • @chadturnerteen1 He uses what they called a talkbox. Basically, it's a speaker that is hooked up to his guitar (via a footswitch) that is enclosed in a box with just a piece of tubing. The sound of the guitar goes through this tubing which he puts in his mouth and is able to vary the pitch with his mouth; which is amplified by the microphone. You can see the tube is duct-taped to the mic boom.

  • y follar y follar compadre

  • pues concuerdo contigo, siempre la buena musica con buenos musicos será grande. viva la buena música.

  • The audience sucked! If I saw Peter Frampton in concert I'd be kicking, screaming, and singing along.

  • he's playing 2 local dates in Cali near me. I saw him in "76 in Philly and will be seeing him again here. btw look up the article about his lost '58 LesPaul and how it was just returned to him....

  • im 14 and im going to a peter frampton concert in february and i cant wait, not every young person today listens to shit musig=)

  • @sadchad1

You are very wise, you will go far in this life.

  • @mezza902 Ding ding ding we have a winner.

  • Perfect man in every single way....beautiful guitar god Peter you rock my world♥

  • aankleden dit is de waarheid geen hem vannacht wy just us hony

  • 10

  • I was in New York a couple of weeks ago, and i saw him billed to appear at the Madison Square Garden i think that it some time this year. By the way we come from Nottingham in the United Kingdom ( love the USA)

  • @FantomAU You should not be so rude to other peoples opinions you pencil dick cock sucking peice of shit nigger faggot.

  • @willvb13 Mhh, that's kinda strange... You call somebody a faggot and YOU listen to Justin Bieber...

  • @katinjegat LMFAO

  • Saw Frampton at Verizon Theater in Houston in 2005. The guy is a true talent and played a fantastic show. Miss this kinda music....

  • @willvb13 Who the hell are you, Some little boy who still plays with rattles? Hes got more talent in his finger than justins whole scrawny, no talent body. Justin just WISHES he'd be as talented as peter. Get a fucking life.

  • @willvb13 We listen to "old" music, because it's REAL music. It was not written for money, but because musicians had pure talent and soul.Real instruments, real vocals,no computers,no auto tune.Quality.Today's "artists" care only about money. They don't love music. Can you find anyone who will be remembered after 40 years or more?Frampton,Roxy Music,Zeppelin and others are still remembered.BTW,I'm 18 and there are many people like me who appreciate true music.

  • @thesimguy1905

you're wisdom belies your youth. You will go far in this life. Thank you for not listening to bad music.

  • @thesimguy1905 YEP!!! I grew up in this era and I still love and miss them days! I bet kids these days will never be able to relate.............so sad!

  • @thesimguy1905 Actually i think people will remember Muse, amy winehouse for example

  • @thesimguy1905 good for you my friend

  • @thesimguy1905 I understand this view but it is really a close minded and unfair thing to say. There are many talented musicians who pledge not to sign a label or who make music only for the music, this is perhaps more loving of music than the artist that you mentioned because they are not in music for fame. I can guarantee that there will be "artists" such as Mc Hammer and Dr. Dre that will be remembered only for defining a genre. There always will be and have been artists in it for the money.

  • @thesimguy1905 Not to mention that good music is simply an opinion, I cannot stand folk music but I know that it takes a good amount of talent and feeling so I have respect for it.

  • @thesimguy1905 - Because you mention it thought you might wish to be aware there are "New" bands with that "old" real thing you mention. check out "Earth and the Next Society" you can Google them, find them via the name on FaceBook, SoundCloud, iTunes, etc. Type in the name and dot com to find the website...think you will appreciate :)

  • @willvb13 obvious troll

  • @willvb13 ur a fucking cock sucker peter frampton is great and has much more talent than anyone out now! and old music is shitty ur a piece of fucking shit u take dick up the fucking ass! everyone back than was great such as pink floyd, led zeppelin, the beatles, frampton, rolling stones, the eagles....... and much more no one is more talented today tahn any of them or anyone else from the 60s 70s 80s

  • still doing it now.............legend!

  • whats the name of the instrument that does the sound effect?

  • @mobyboy talkbox

  • @mobyboy

    a synthesizer maybe ? google it ;}

    very good song btw :)

  • replay replay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • yea get fucked get fucked

  • Superb " Show us the way Peter" !

  • What is that black rubber looking thing he is biting on his mike? Is that what he uses to make that sound, I always thought he did that with his guitar.

  • @Kane3036 he's playing the melody on the guitar, but the black tube (a talkbox) is manipulating the notes to make the "wah" sound

  • @rockguitar2012 your right and i think ritchie sambora (bon jovi) was playing the same thing with their piece "it's my life".

  • QUALQUER PALAVRA É POUCA PARA DEFINIR O TALENTO DESTE CARA E DO GRUPO QUE O ACOMPANHA, MUITA GENTE NEM PERCEBE, MAS, NÃO É SIMPLESMENTE O CANTOR, MAS, A BANDA, OK?

  • 8 people lost their way ...

  • @Toptopo 8 people have to get a brain! man, I fucking dunno how a person can dislike this song

  • @Toptopo lol

  • Framptom. The fantasy of every teenage girl in the 70's. Defined a generation.

  • Good stuff. Frampton brought something else. It was great 70s rock. Live on, rock on.

  • that so hot!! i love guitar players. he is simply AMAZING :))

  • ESTÁ DESFASADO...

  • @juancarlosrsi -Aquí no.

  • この曲演奏した

  • You can see how much fun he has playin' this song, amazing! :D

  • great song and can play

didnt sustain the output - but the stuff he released in the 70s was high quality and some was even very innovative

  • This was by far the most advanced vinyl LP I ever owned as far as quality of sound. The highs were the highest and the bass lows were the lowest of any record I ever played. It was a live album that gave you the feeling you were there in the audience. Whoever produced this album is on the level of Phil Spector and George Martin as the sensation it created was like nothing ever before.

  • Great song.

  • Grande Frampton ...

  • I was 17 and a drummer and in bands when this hit the radio. That says it all. Love everything he ever did including Humble Pie. This was such a monster album back then. Dominated New England/NY radio.

    Incredible talent.

  • my daughter was conceived in this year, didnt call her peter. Love all about this super band. Tricky dicky,Jersey

  • @dharvarde i am born in 1976, so i was possibly conceived to this song aswel lol

  • And no lip-syncing here kids...just a great musician having fun and we all get to enjoy.

  • He just makes it look so easy...great stuff.

  • Merci!

  • went to see him last night and boy does he still rock !

    he's such a great guitarist!

  • i think he is great also. Please don't curse. It makes you look like a punk!

  • I was a teen back then and thought , and still think, he's great !

  • it's wonderful !

  • Weird Al on the drums

  • I like Peter Frampton but i don't want to watch Peter fucking Frampton... That would be nasty.

  • ....

  • My baby never looked finer...absolutely SCORCHING hot!!

  • Let me tell you, this guy is the real deal. What a talent!! Fuck all you who think he was just a piece of pop shit. Bullshit!! He sold more records than you can ever imagine. He is and was great. So get fucked!!

  • @taypar11 They can get fucked. Because Peter Frampton is one of the best guitar/talk box players i have ver seen or heard. i am 43 now. And when Frampton Comes Alive hit records stores in 1976 i was 8 years old. Every word comes from my heart. Cool live album which i have on both vinyl LP and CD. And this video Rocks live 1975 because it is. I love 70's music and beyond as well. Peace my friend.

  • @taypar11 ..He is awesome....I saw him in concert back in the late or early 90's...

  • @taypar11

i´M AGREED WITH YOU. PETER IS ONE OF THE MOST GREAT MUSICIANS IN THE ROCK HISTORY.

    GREAT, GREAT PETER.... FOREVER

    EDUARDO.

  • @taypar11 Plus he banged more hot ass than you could count.

  • amazing quality!

  • This reminds me of my high school days in the late 70's

  • Loved him back then~still love him! Missing Bob Mayo ; (

  • seeing him tomarrow night, hell yes! and im 14!

  • @ToTheSummitkicksass

how was it? how much were the tickets? did you do you feel like we do? thats fucking badass

  • @tbone81395 it was intense as hell.

  • Just incredible. Incredible incredible incredible.

  • I got this album Frampton comes alive when I was 12. Played the living shit out of it. Loved PF. Great great memories Time waits for no one.

  • the best....

  • better than those auto-tune...

  • If one ever can get contact with 22th centurry? Please ask diffenrence between

music in say 1970-1990 and vs, 1990-2200. Is it only technology? or had mankind a

"top"in those years and are we desintegrating as from now?

  • @mypascale99 22nd**

  • Really amazing still I remember those days that have left to never come back !!!

  • Peter is still number 1 in my heart 35 years later !!! Keep ROCK-N Dude !!!

  • he voice is so cool..

  • ah ha! a perfect song..love it still

  • John bonham in the drummer

  • exito regular.

  • I heard this on the radio in art on friday. It blew my mind, because all my classmates wanted to listen to was this song by some bruno guy, and when they went to change the station I said, "DON'T FUCKING TOUCH THAT RADIO, THIS IS PETER FRAMPTON!"(and a little to loud).

  • @bassharmonica1 also, they heard the Talkbox and said, "Hey, that sounds like what Jayz uses!" I laughed and said, "The thing that Frampton is using is called a Talkbox. It uses a tube to project the guitar sound into his mouth, wich he then opens and closes to get the impresion that the guitar is "Talking." a handful of the people in the world who can use them well, and Frampton is the best at it. That shit called "autotune" is short for "no talent", but talkboxes are super hard to use."

  • @bassharmonica1 Good for you! This is class! :-)

  • 6 people can go kill themselves

  • man this is awesome, and how can you go wrong with caption hook on drums!

  • God I love this song....memories........There is no-more like this!

  • I was born in the WRONG FUCKING ERA!

  • Its all about good songwriting brethren,,,,,,,,,there are a million great guitar shredders who are working at Circle K........PF has a perfect '75 voice.

Same with Hendrix (boy am I gonna get it).......fantastic songwriter first, guitar athlete second.........and what a voice

  • 6 people didn't know the way.

  • Ese tio hace hablar a la guitarra :D

  • the other guitar players used to make fun of him bcoz he was too good looking. hearing this tune again after so many years convinces me that he was right up there with the best of them.

  • Cara eu tive LP, bons tempos, essa um clássico do tempo em que se fazia uma boa musica. Hoje não surge nada de interessante.

  • muito classico

  • I was 14 and Peter Frampton was my first concert in 1975 at the LA forum. All these years later and still love him. I miss the 70's music.

  • Nice to see this again after so many years. I watched this show the night it was broadcast all those years ago, and, as a fledgling guitarist at the time, I remember being fascinated by the talk box Frampton used for the solos. Late Friday nights were great back in the day..."The Midnight Special" on NBC and "In Concert" on ABC played at the same time, and I could jump back and forth between the two for whichever show had the best act playing. I miss those days sometimes.

  • I went to the Frampton concert at the Seattle Kingdome in 1977, age 13. Still great memories when his album was almost inescapable. Epic guitar riffs!

  • this shows the difference between singing a song youve written and singing yet another cover version , he is clearly loving performing this

  • To freakin kool

  • He is creative man.

  • Reminds you of what music was..Bring it back!

  • now thats some hair

  • @TheHogger129 SO TRUE!!!! WHY I LEARN TO PLAY THREE JUST WASTE OF MY TIME..LOL

  • @crackerboxrecords learning to play an instrument is NEVER a waste of time dude.. ;) cause playing an instrument makes you a very special person..

  • exelte tema... muy bueno

  • For some strange reason I miss listening to these classics on my ol` transistor radio under my pillow when I was going to sleep. Still got my album, anybody else ?

  • @ishiibrad

    In.

  • I was a teenager back in these Frampton days, and THIS was music!!!

  • I was born just that day. And something in the universe make sure I would love this song forever

  • Love Frampton! I had the biggest crush on him in 1975. Just saw him 2 nights ago at the Hard Rock Casino w/his Frampton Comes Alive 35 tour. He's still got it!

  • tenho muito orgulho de falar q gosto de rock

esssa musica é um exemplo q esse ritmo de musica é FODAAAAAAA

  • XA PA DO !! !!

  • boobookins, you are right! This song takes me to the past and I can feel how was it, the best time in my life!!!!

  • to the 6 idiots who dislike this song eat dick
