@MrAndrewMork Everything has it's own flavor. I've played snare for 4 years now and a trombome player in my band says he's dreamed of playing snare one day. While I tell him I've dreamed of playing trombone one day. There's no better instrument. Maybe there is but only in ones eyes.

The real composer is not known. (We trombones adopted it as a fanfare a while back)

Sonic Boom is the musics "Name" for all intents and purposes.

As this is his arrangement, there's no such thing as a "wrong rhythm" =D

@roxasx80 All that I can suggest is practice. I play baritone, which is close enough to trombone, and had/have a similar problem. If possible, take private lessons. It is unbelievably helpful to have a professional assist you. So yeah, practice. A LOT. Voxman's Selected Studies Book is full of etudes that improve nearly all aspects of playing. Don't expect results soon either. I feel this way often, wanting to hit that one note NOW, but you need to practice far more than you think you need to.
