  • @t6yz did you see them in singapore?

  • @JAM21895 yea mate :) on Friday

  • skrillex sucked my dick once for 20$ (he payed me 20$)

  • Skrillex isn't even dubstep, so who cares? I like his stuff. It's just not as dark and meditative as this stuff is.

  • this is awesome :)

  • this video is a troll fest... oh yeah i love skream and benga!

  • the video for this song shud be liek a piece of butter melting on some chocolate and then they like intwine to make chocolate cake mix and its bubbling

  • ahh the humble beginnings. I prefer this over the modern dubstep sometimes.

  • Why does every dubstep video have something about skrillex? Let it go people. Its getting old and boring now.

  • C00L YOUTUBE'S FUCKING SNOWING

  • Anyone know loefah??

  • @MrAnt71295 yeah.

  • First off I'm a big skrillex fan and supporter. But I just wanna make things clear for those who are a bit confused. SKRILLEX is NOT DUBSTEP. This is closer to what traditional Dubstep is. What skrillex did was take elements of electro, house, glitch, and dubstep and mash it together to get a new unique sound. Yes, he then became a gateway to dubstep for those unfamiliar with the genre. Theres positives and negatives to this so just deal with it.It sucks that all these noobs are also getting into

  • @ZomBeatz13 yeah but the shit he makes doesn't have a name lol. "hey man check out skrillex he mixes electro, house, glitch, and dubstep" or you could just say "hey check out skrillex he makes dubstep". I have these same debates on metal videos where genres can't be defined as well. I think brostep is a stupid name for a genre so lets just call it dubstep lol.

  • TOTALLY STOKED!!!!

  • @msskrillexlover123 this music is from LONDON, this is played at RAVES-ever been to a rave or even know what jungle or 2 step is?

  • @Mskrillexlover123 FUCK YOU THESE GUYS INVENTED DUBSTEP!!! THEY STARTED THIS FUCKING GENRE IN THEIR GARAGE! skrillex is good, but these people are the definition of dubstep lol.

  • @aerozilla lol i dont think you know as much about dubstep as you pretend to know.

  • @nameless12345 i dont "pretend" to know a lot about dubstep, but i do know that these guys were the first. skream and benga were friends as kids who produced heavy bass music in their garage, which is now classified as dubstep.

  • @aerozilla one of the first dude. at around the same time you had DMZ, kode 9, hatcha ( i think was around the same time). Loads of other dudes. Giving all the credit to them would be mental. I have to say thought Skream and Benga are the only ones out of that lot who changed their sound and achieved mainstream success while the others kind of stayed producing the same dark grimy sound (wether that's good or bad is each person opinion)

  • @nameless12345 well yeah, basically they made dubstep before it was even a genre. they dont get all the credit, but they are definitely one of the best pioneers of dubstep.

  • jeez, whoever makes knee armor for skyrim soldiers really needs to get fired...

  • I used to give a shit where my D&B and dubstep came from. But then I took arrow to the knee

  • Fuck me be it Skream, Benga, Coki, Caspa, Zinc, Skrillex, Datsik, Excision WHO EVER!!! Its all some form or sub genre of dubstep/electro music. Yes Skrillex may not have founded the genre but he is adding his perspective on it! I personally have been litening to dubstep since around 2003 and love to give all types a chance and believe its all great! So fuck all the Haters that just bum off trying to slate skrillex, just accept some people like him............YOU DONT HAVE TO!!!!!!!!

  • @leondoyne09 i doubt you have been listening to it since 03 but uuumm YEAH I AGREE DUDE. also i was there at bass culture and that LP gig at the o2 lol

  • Just went through, 8 page of comments and every one was about 'skrillex' being shit, honestly.............words can not describe.................how much of a fuck, i dont give whether or not you like/dislike skrillex, Anyone who only listens to dubstep and no other music is a turd end of, so honestly, just comment on whether you like the song or not, you pricks. Ohh yeah two door cinema club are deadly, shit, thats a different type of music, so why am i commenting about them on a dubstep song??

  • @wibbly07 Nicely lad bro

  • @wibbly07 thnaks for putting me onto Two Door Cinema Club !! great Indie tunes !! Also love da Benga and Skrem !!

  • @wibbly07 amen

  • This was the start of something very special.

  • Skrillex.. oh wait

  • 3D effect at the end !!!

  • Skream and Benga ruined Garage...get mad

  • @Mothfull lol

  • Skrillex is crap he is a former punk artist who jumped the bandwagon. He is fake dubstep and will always be.

  • @81colinzeal dont disgrace punks name with skrillex dude...i will rip out your heart and make a nice roast out of it for the poor children in africa...skrillex was originally a band member for some shitty scene band

  • Holy shit, this song is amazing. I haven't listened to Benga's older material until now. I'm currently 16 years old and i know how much people are kind of "fucking" up the genre so i decided to dig deeper into it, to like the old school stuff which is orgasmic!

  • Dubsteps now being ruined by all the Pre-pubescent kids that are getting into it they managed to ruin a dirtyphonics and funtcase show in new York about a week ago I sure hope they don't ruin this underground shit

  • just saw them at fall massive in DC

    absolutely fucking amazing

  • I love skream benga kromestar etc they r my biggest infuences (:

  • Well.. Just to state something:

I am a 18 year old male. I have been listening to Skrillex' Tracks, like many young people my age. I liked the wobbles and stuff, so i went deeper into Dubstep (like NOT many young people my age!) and found the oldschool stuff. After listening to Benga, Skream, Hatcha etc. i knew that it is worlds better than EVERY music ever produced. So at last, Skrillex brought me to the wonderful music of real dubstep. Thank you, Sonny.

  • You should really consider giving this a try : Open youtube in a new tab en search skrillex. Listen to Benga & Skream and switch to skrillex half way the song.

After I tried, i kept thinkin, damn, when and where dit it go wrong ..

  • @DRK922 it went wrong as soon as u pushed 's'

  • who gives a fuck about skrillex. lets talk about skream and benga!

  • @spamwichx but skream and benga are fucking up dubstep now! FUCK MAGNETIC MAN

  • @BaconRec well FUCK nobody is forcing you to listen to magnetic man ;) skream and benga do whatever they like bro.

  • @BaconRec eh not as much damage as skrillex has done, you checked the new skreamizm? pretty good tracks in that.

  • lovin this tune

  • He makes like 10 genres of electro. Seen him at shambhala and around the us. Total garbage if you ask any OG

  • Skrillex marketed his music to several different electronic genres. He just so happened he got famous for dub and dancy house shit. To bad people think he is true to music. He was sunny from first to last. An emotional band. Really bro? Skrillex is a trend soon to fade.....garbage

  • @ComedyIsBack you my friend are one dumb ass person. Go to beatport and listen to some deep house and then play some skrillex. I guarantee you they sound NOTHING ALIKE

  • this was actually dropped back in 2002

  • Don't drop genre's if you dun know what your saying. Deep House is to be praised like Allah!

  • Guys, music evolves through the years.

    This was 2004.

    Now is 2011.

A lot changes in 7 years.

  • Ich habe The Jugendamt gelesen ;D

  • Legendary Track !

  • skrillex does deep house? probably the most retarded thing i've ever seen LMAO

  • this has to be the worst comment section i've ever seen, you should all feel bad.

i even feel a little drained, fuck.

  • Pioneers of dubstep! :D

  • your lucky to find this under £50 on vinyl

  • Skream is god. Benga is god. Skrillex is god. UMAD BROSKIES?!?!!?

  • @dodo1qwert please dont talk about this yank here, please

  • @ravyHD LOLOLOLOL UMAD BRO?

  • @dodo1qwert youre sad.

  • People like what they like, and just because Skrillex has become so mainstream doesnt mean hes not extremely talented and not dubstep.

  • @acmdance

All the fucking kids at my school who heard about dubstep ONLY know Skrillex. I fucking hate them.

  • @AaronVira It si irettating when idiots who dont know anything about the music go on like there the biggest fans of dubstep when the most Dub they listen to is example

  • @AaronVira Skrillex is a talented artist who made it to where he is for a reason. If you dont like that kids at your school only know who he is, then show them whatsup! EDM is becoming mainstream.. its nothing to be mad over. People are developing a better taste in music, thats all :)

  • @AaronVira I already started a "Please stop listening Skrillex" campaign at my fb profile... skrillex is so.... iiiaaagh :S

  • @vellitaful

Look, he's a good artist and he deserves where he's at right now. It's just gone too far. I hope all the Party Rock Anthem kids leave the true genre alone. Skrillex is just brostep anyways.

  • @AaronVira well i guess you're right, I just go nuts when I hear somebody saying that skrillex is awesome dubstep and bla bla bla. Cheers from Mexico

  • @vellitaful Haha yeah i get that feeling too, cheers from Mexico also >;D

  • @AaronVira i got in trouble for slaping a kid for that today

  • @AaronVira Tbh Skrillex was the first dubstep arist that I heard through my friend, and then I just discovered Skream and I keep wanting more because his sound is so different than any other dubstep artist I have heard.

  • @punkmusic2010

He's just a hardcore BROSTEP leader. I think Brostep is actually neat but he takes it way too far, to the point of mainstream popularity actually. Now a lot of "Dubstep" you hear today are just people trying to imitate his sounds which is really annoying.

  • @AaronVira And I hate skrillex.

  • @acmdance No, skrillex isn't dubstep, he's deep house. he's never ever labeled himself as dubstep. not saying that's a bad thing, it's the truth, although he has heavy dubstep influences.

  • @ComedyIsBack He's said in interviews that his music is dubstep. He goes on like he invented the genre.

  • @mattzcoolathanu Well that sucks.

  • @ComedyIsBack What the hell are you saying? he does house ANd dubstep. you know that an artist can be in multiple genres dont you? he was a fucking screamo singer. Dubstep is all about the beat and he does produce tracks with the 2-step beat. He created a whole new concept for dubstep, if you dont like it, dont listen to it

  • @stopthat2786 Fair enough. That was kind of an ignorant comment on my part hahaha, i didn't think out what i said. What i mean is that his work is closer to deep house than it is dubstep, and people are getting the wrong idea about what dubstep truly is, and disregarding stuff like this.

  • @ComedyIsBack again really retarded what you said...deep house is maya jane coles Jane umen steve lawler totally different in every aspect not even comparable

  • @MetalGe4r Chill man, i made a mistake. I had the wrong idea about what deep house was. calm down.

  • @ComedyIsBack /watch?v=c7OkTwvyclw Deep House Mix. I think you may be confused with another type of music... you should give deep house a try, it's nice to chill to.

  • @kidkustom Alright, thanks, i had the wrong idea...hahaha i feel like an idiot now.

  • @ComedyIsBack He has named himself many genres. If you think he is not dubstep, you obvisouly havent listened to him.

  • this is terrrribbleee...?

  • @ytubemaniac You're entitled to your own opinion, but this is one of the best dubstep songs of all time...

  • That's just my opinion though. hehe (:

  • wowbowobwobwobowoowowbowobowbowbo

  • Seriously. I enjoy Skrillex just as much as I love Magnetic Man. HOWEVER, I hate it when people say they love 'dubstep' so much and their favorite artist is Skrillex.

  • Dubstep Classic right here (But like actualy)

  • @blublaw hahahaha hey stephan wassup

  • @scruffyskates shut up dickhead -___-;

  • this song is what MADE dubstep

  • FEEL THE BASS

  • holy shit what did i stumble upon

  • amazing DUBSTEP and nothing else.

  • Different strokes for different folks! and I think atmosphere plays a huge factor as well. I'll listen to this shit all day, driving, working Etc. but when I go to a show or am partying I want something that's gonna get me moving. Its all contextual.

  • awesome sounds!

love this one at the moment too

    /watch?v=Hb1w4CgXqZg

  • I like brostep when I'm on my computer/lame speakers, classic dubstep when I'm using a subwoofer.

  • What other track is that sample near the start from, the one thats like a croud of people singing? Thats really anoyin me.

  • a true dubhead doesn't complain about the details of the bass, because a true dubhead consumes bass no matter what modulation it's undergone

  • my headphones are absolute shit. so i turn the volume all the way up, as usual, and click play. i feel this cool breeze on my feet and realize my sub is kicking. i take off my headphones and feel the song. absolute ecstasy

  • i don't think anyone gives a shit about your stories.

  • I first got into dubstep via skrillex, datsik, excision etc. i wanted more though so i dug and dug and dug for days. i found other big names, learned who was big. then i talked to a professor in california, he told me where all the roots of dubstep came from. so i looked some more. found what he was talking about. though i dont like it as much as what everyone calls "brostep" i can appreciate the talent that it takes. both styles are amazing, i just wouldnt have this style on my ipod.

  • Mmm banana.

  • Stop getting butt hurt that some other people enjoy filthy dubstep rather than this. No one gives a shit just enjoy the music for fucks sake

  • i remember when i was 13 and i argued on the internet

  • @Bootstrap193 ROFL

  • @Bootstrap193 that comment has exactly 13 likes .congrats

  • Why do 61 of you agree with this pretentious twat, thinking he's some fucking guru. Why give a fuck about what other people think about the genre!? I wish people would stop babbling on about BOLLOCKS. Just appreciate the music for what it is and most of all - enjoy it!

  • "ow my freakin ears"

  • This is phat!

  • TUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUNE.

  • Sounds like a Slipknot sample from 'Iowa' in the beginning O.o

  • @EatenAlive13 No it dosent ... o.O

  • i fucking love this tune. if anyone has a higher quality version i beg you upload it

  • @Bootstrap193 Keep a look out at on my channel this is going to be my next upload 1420p HD!

  • beat to sick... respect to benga n skream

  • made my dick feel funny.

  • I like alot of old and new dubstep producers but when i see the fans of the newer ones talking shit in droves about the old ones not being "filthy" enough, it just makes me want to say fuck you to their scene

  • @SH0CK3I2

    Just how i see it

  • is that some Local Natives i hear throughout the song?

  • the first 'dubstep' (brostep) i ever heard was flux pavilion. i listen to flux, datsik, excision, skrillex, bar9, and druley. that being said, i fucking love skream, benga, dmz, loefah, phaeleh, and kode9. i don't get why people can't enjoy both sides of dubstep, and always have to pick one side.

  • @scruffyskates Amen! I feel the same, I enjoy all forms of dubstep as long as it is produced well.

  • @scruffyskates mabey cuz no one makes Dubstep like this anymore... even all the underground artists that only the moles know of make brostep. :(

  • @scruffyskates you and me, are on the same fucking wavelength.

  • @scruffyskates yea i enjoy both sides of dubstep like i love skream, benga and rusko at the same time I like excision, flux pavilion and doctor p it's just stupid that just because people hate something does not mean we all have to hate it im not a sheep

  • They can... They just don't want to..

  • @scruffyskates true but one thing skrillex is not dubstep

  • @brx6n2 He is dubstep, he is just the evolved dubstep. I haven't got a problem with these 'commercial' artists. They are doing their thing, personally I prefer the old-school sound like this, but their stuff at clubs and partys do fucking get everyone moving. Every genre evolves and changes, its just the way it is, surely you would rather 14 year olds listening to Skrillex than The Wanted and Taio Cruz? Dubstep is fucking great and its nice to see some movement in the music industry nowadays.

  • @FlexxArtist before skrillex made dubstep, he was in a metal band, and he even confesses that while he was making his first album that he didn't know a lot of about electronic music at all, you can definitely hear the metal influence in his songs.

  • @MuckFe55555 Yeah I found that out by watching an interview of him :) It's so annoying though, all of these people separating the Skrillex fans from the 'Real Dubstep' fans are just doing the whole genre no justice. Dubstep is one of the most exciting things that has happened recently in the music industry and we should just all be grateful we were there in its early years. People in 30 years would have loved to be in this generation just because of the current Dubstep scene o.O

  • @FlexxArtist very well said.... very well said...

  • @scruffyskates Skrillex? Skream would be ashamed that you listen to his music........

  • @SpitFireee360 I don't anymore but funny you should say that considering Skream has said multiple times on facebook how he doesn't hate Skrillex and appreciates his music and even drops his stuff live.

  • @SpitFireee360 mmh yea, you didnt get what he said, right?

  • @SpitFireee360 Why would Skream be ashamed of anyone listening to Skrillex, what a stupid statement. He would probobly just say listen to what you enjoy listening to, which is how it should be.

  • @scruffyskates because the first side that you mentioned is pure electro house. i like electro house, but hate when people call it dubstep

  • @Alu142 Not true. Skrillex is electro house. I agree that it's not 'dub'step, but an 'evolved' form a dubstep I guess.

  • @scruffyskates i just said it

  • @scruffyskates I AGREE SO MUCH!!!!

  • @scruffyskates amen bro

  • @scruffyskates im with you man everyone saying oooo im going to this skrillex party , im like yeah wtf thats sucks man :D

  • @scruffyskates noah d was the first brostep i heard

  • @scruffyskates hipsters man

  • @scruffyskates dont forget a bit of Borgore

  • @XxKooneYXx If I like Borgore I would have mentioned him but sadly I hate Borgore.

  • im loving how stripped down this tune is, i hate it when they put loads of stupid bassline noises all over a tune. Loving this, Mellow!!!

  • y'know what. I watched a borgore video out of interest, mind, and saw a comment like 'this is dubstep' and then a load of stuff about how dubstep works, and its characteristics. Bless them. This is where it's at. (no offence to borgore fans, each to their own)

  • a pitty it's only on 240p

  • one of the freshest tunes I've heard in a while and it's from 2004:O

  • Im lovin skream and benga guys. i havent dug that deep into dubstep this is about as far as i have got and these guys are sick. Any sugestions on any other sick tunes?????

  • @rossiWabbit87 you've got this far, then that's pretty far indeed. Most people who are just into rusko and the 'brostep' type stuff will never hear stuff like this. Have a listen to skreams self titled album, tunes on there are quality, esp stagger.

  • @rossiWabbit87 stick where you are mate i've explored dubstep and i always find myself back here. Skream's first album is something you must lisren to, if you haven't already. : )

  • @rossiWabbit87 try El-B - Neighbourhood remix, Zed Bias - Spare Ribz, Wookie - Scrappy, they go as far back as 1999 with dark tunes like this
