if u commit a minor offence, which would be running a red light for example, and the cop sees you doing it, the cop will ask you to pull over, then all you gotta do is stop the car by a curb, and the cut scene will show up. while the officer is still walking, drive off. "aint notin' 2 it. gangsta rap made me do it!" xD
