gwugluud I think the whole point is that this WAS the original soundtrack...don't you get it? They were going to use this first, then decided against it and went with "Stroll On" They don't show Relf singing because it would not have matched with the jazzier music playing.

Personally I'm glad they used "Stroll On" instead, that's one of my favorite songs

The guitarists in this video did not do too badly. Jimmy Page was elected to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame twice. Jeff Beck was elected to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame twice as well, in 2009 as a solo artist. They both performed "Beck's Bolero" and "The Immigrant Song" on the show. They did not choke to death on their own vomit. But we all will if we listen to that "jazz" muzak garbage that kingofpoland overdubbed over "Stroll On". Listen to Beck's futuristic feedback-driven solo.

You an hear Jeff Beck's feedback drenched introduction in this clip before the utterly awful muzak is switched on. This clip features both Jeff Beck and Jimmy Page on dual lead guitars. This is one of Beck's most remarkable solos if you watch the actual film and not this phony hoax.

well, unbeknownst to the viewers, he sees into an alternate future reality where he murders an unknowing stranger with the very guitar neck that he holds in his sweaty and aching hands.....it is also unknown to everyone involved that the guitar neck itself is possessed by an unsightly and sexy demonic power not fit for mortals.....later on he realizes all of this during his enlightenment that he was at least lucky enough to see the yardbirds live before they all turn into zombie overlords....

And he was at least lucky enought to see the guitarists in The Yardbirds before they were elected to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame for a second time. And he saw one before he performed "Whole Lotta Love" at the closing ceremony of the 2008 Olympics. At least they did not choke to death on their own vomit or pour kerosene on their guitar and burn up a Fender Strat. Notice how Jeff Beck smashes up a cheap guitar in the scene. Beck played a Les Paul and a Fender Telecaster.
