@britishairwayspilot1 Im not sure British!!! I was wondering the same thing. I like the alternating lights cause they look cool. And why is Southwest the only Airline to have a few Aircraft that carry the alternating lights? Thats the two questions I have always wondered.

Police Officer came us twice to leave. Check what my son shot and my scanners. Terrorists make our life more difficult. At the same time, I appreciate all Homeland Security majors. I love those spots because you can see them so close.
I haven't even been down that way since moving down here... the airport is a good 20-mile drive for my house, and I don't generally have any other reason t be down that way.
Might have to head out there one of these weekends, though, and see if I can work out a good observation spot...
It's a nice spot. I first went there back in the 90s... how bout you? Nothing better to do if you're in LA, then to go grab some In N Out and do some bird watching with some front row seats. ;)
