If you shot this video right after you took the sample, then the gentleman who suggested that your blood is damaged, is correct. Your blood coagulates as it dries, which is the same effect when looked at under a microscope, but this takes minutes- did it take you a couple of minutes to start shooting the video? If not, then your body may be in an acid state rather than an alkaline state. This is not good, and if this is the case you need to think about a better diet and lifestyle.
i doubt that u can put two eyepieces on one. im not an expert on microscopes, but yeah the X40 eyepiece thing will multiply everything by X40 so if i had X160 it would be a total of X6400.
@saavedra29 What the x2 means is, you get two sets of eyepieces, one is usually 10x and one will be 20x. If you have a binocular scope, you get two 10power eyepieces and two 20power eyepieces. You don't put them on top of each other.
im thinking of buying this one Omano OM88T but i dont know if its a good one im a 1st buyer and trying to ask people arround witch one they recomend and inside the 700 bucks

@and3rscor3
no....you see white blood cells with purple nucleus because they stained the blood sample...
white blood cells are colourless provided no staining reagent is used.

The red blood cells from your sample are badly damaged.How long have you left the sample out of your body before seeing it under the microscope?

whitesox what lens do you use? I have an eye len X10 and three other on the down side: X4, X10 and X40.
For example, for X160 you use 20X80 or two eye lens ( i mean 10X2X80) ?
Im asking becouse they told me that i can put one more eye len X2 to double the magnification. But in such magnification can i see well the object?
for deeper magnification i bought an oil immersing len but its difficult to use.
So im asking you that you know and can tell me. Thanks in advance!
