  • 2:08 GET OUT GET OUT GET OUT GET OUT!

  • @bsheffield87 lol

  • and on the seventh day whilst chillin out God made pink floyd

  • This song is great... but will it blend?

  • It's no coincidence Pink Floyd has their own wall in the Rock hall of fame. Perfect tribute

  • Whoever says Pink Floyd is overrated can go jump off a bridge. I'll wear a pink floyd shirt every damn day if I want to!

  • Reminds me of Christmas 1997 when I intensely listened to this masterpiece!

  • @lyonslaforet For me it was June 1991, I listened to this album every day for the entire month.

  • The best band of all time!!!

  • The clip from the movie used to be on YouTube somewhere. What happened to it? Waiting for the Worms, Comfortably Numb, and others have the movie clips. So why is The Thin Ice gone?

  • love this so so much, it has so many varied techniques and styles...AAAH Pink Floyd have to be THE most epic musicians.

  • I think my favourite part about this album is how it explains life in England during WWII.

  • pink floyd is gold!! one of the bests bands everrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

  • oh baby blue

  • 1:45 is shivers down the spine time.

  • I FUCKING LOVE THIS SONG.

  • this album is too gay and over the top diva shit for me...meddle - dark side of the moon ftw

  • @theachtungtree

    "this album is too gay"

Who the hell do you think you are? How old are you? 12? The album talks about putting queers up against the Wall in "In The Flesh?"!

"over the top diva shit for me"

No f*ckin' evidence to support this bullsh*t claim.

"meddle - dark side of the moon ftw"

The Wall, along with Meddle, and Dark Side of the Moon is music you have to understand. Yea, that's right, understand something for once, instead of nodding your head when you hear it.

  • @Rorschach25739 never liked this album....i've really tried man...trust me, i'm not even a Barret fanboy or something, i'm not 12....ill explain..."gay" and "diva" cause i think Waters crossed the line of "wtf? my life is ruined and im in pain...look at me look at me...its my life...not the other guys"...even Gilmour stated once that this album is too dramatic and sometimes kinda shallow in a sense...whereas albums like Dark side or Meddle were made as a Floyd unit and doesnt feels forced

  • @theachtungtree Thank you for explaining that, because the way you made the comment, it sounds like you're a 12 year old troll.

Many people though believe the album is more about Syd Barret... Roger Waters got the idea for this album though while at a concert, wanting to put a wall between him and the audience.

Regardless, this album get's in connection with everyone's life. Everyone can relate to the feelings conveyed through Pink's story.

You are right about DSotM and Meddle.

  • @Rorschach25739 no prob man....yeah, kinda immature my comment. Another thing....after watching the movie i pretty much agree with Waters on one thing....it was so overwhelming that at the end diggesting the whole thing wasn't an option for the audience....they needed a more subtle direction to it...ps: AHM, ummagumma, obscured by clouds, Dark Side and meddle period is my fav Floyd time line to date...i can relate to those records so well :) ....Pompeii was epiccccc

  • @theachtungtree youve got a good point mate

  • My Dad has the original vinyl Double LP album The Wall, and a record player. They both still work.

  • i saw this album on vinyl a few weeks ago and i wanted to buy it but i was like, "meh, i'll buy it later" AND NOW I CAN'T F*CKING FIND IT!!!

  • Oooooooh baby blue

  • I'm only 745 years old and i still love this song...

  • @carloos50 dude, I haven't even been born yet and I love this song. that just proves how superior my taste in music is compared to everyone else's

  • @carloos50 Wow thats saying a lot. most people your age are into classical.

  • @robyniscool99 Actually he would have to be only around 260 years old to be born in the time when classical music was "the thing"

  • @carloos50 so ur as old as my beard?

  • Pink Floyd

  • When I have a kid, I'm going to sing this song to them with all my heart.

  • Oooooooh baby blue

  • vorrei che dutasse ore

  • Is Excelent

    I like this band

  • lo máximo !!

  • G R E A T ! !

  • o tempo passou muito rápido.

  • Lembranças maravilhosas da minha adolescência...

    Bom demais!!!

  • masterful piano, smooth guitar licks, and one of the greatest lyricists to ever have lived will forever hold high the untouched pedestal that the floyd has bethrown upon itself. i wish i could have been alive to see them in person, but i guess call it just another brick in my wall.

  • @akatsukilord12 Been alive to see them in person? I don't know how old you are and which ones from Pink Floyd who has passed away, but my boyfriend saw Roger Waters himself live in 2006, that may have been awesome enough.

  • as you claw at thin ice..............

  • This song is beast.

  • As a thirty-something guy, i have to say Pink Floyd is on of the most talented bands of all time. I am really impressed with their ability to tie songs together and (in one case) create an album syncd to a major movie. None of the (at 2011) modern products of the music "industy" can re-create this.

  • @codepigeon you got my vote. hands fuckin down!

  • my eyebrows just disappeared.

  • How could anyone dislike this song?

  • @ryry351 Maybe the same deaf fools that like modern pop crap.

  • @dereksbooks yea lol they're fools

  • I was listening to this song when my girlfriend said she's falling in love with me.

  • wtf how is this not copyright protected any better

  • sad :(

  • The best song of the movie for me!

  • Saw the movie in O.C. on shrooms! Then saw the concert ..........on shrooms!

  • there are 10 crazy people that listen reggaeton doesn't know the best music

  • @mrbigtime93

    Reggea is great music :O

  • @judezino3 no reggae"TON" is hip-hop in spanish- really common and annoying near the border, but yeah reggae is awesome :D

  • @judezino3

i doesn't mean reggae music like bob marley, y mean the stupids like W&Y or that "asshole yankee"

  • Fucking love Floyd. Always have and most of their songs were written b4 i was even born. Bring rock back

  • theres just one pink floyd

  • the first verse brings me very close to tears... its beautiful

  • the best PINK FLOYD.

  • @iamfloyd89 Any Pink Floyd is the best my friend.

  • At Le Leyrit , I try to skate on a little lake but the ice was too thin and I swam in the coldest water I ever drunk !

Le Leyrit is a small town in the south of the Puy-de-Dome , in France .

  • @morphurban XD

  • The wall will always be my favorite.

  • :( no fair your videos have been blocked from my country

  • @morphurban LMAO hahaha thats what every other comment on here is like it seems.

  • gota love pink flody my friend hear me playn it and are like wtf but hes so fuckin awesome

  • To 10 people the sky is never blue :(

  • thank god theres kids in my high school that listen to this. hell theres this girl in my class u would only be involved with bieber and that pop shit, but as the saying goes: "Looks can be deceiving". i swear she actually LOVES pink Floyd

  • @Superealmer The song is called When the Tigers Broke Free. It appeared on Pink Floyd's following album.

  • Well I'm -100000000000000000000000000, beat that!!!! (amazing album btw)

  • the first two lines give me chills

  • I'm 27 LOL

  • why do people relate lil wayne to pink floyd? completely different genre of music. music is so subjective, your not gonna put this on at a party yo, but lil wayne is the kind of vibe you want in the background because its so generic.

  • @cimattikaiman Autotune was invented yet. What they did was they overdubbed Roger Waters' vocal tracks. John Lennon would do it all the time because he didn't like the sound of his own voice. In fact, even Kurt Cobain did it back in '91.

  • @cimattikaiman

    Idiot..

  • @cimattikaiman that's not called autotune man..

  • @cimattikaiman Do you know the difference between overproduction and autotune?

  • @cimattikaiman This song was recorded in 1979. Auto-Tune was created in 1997. A little music knowledge can be your friend.

  • I grew up with stoner parents I would get lost in Pink Floyd when they played Pink Floyd, at a young age, I still get lost and still consider them completely in a league of their own.

  • I'm 102 so fuck all of you!

  • Man I love pink floyd, one of my earliest inspirations for my music.

  • mamma loves you baby,....and daddy loves u2 :)

  • First listened to the Floyd in '98, still loving them! I'm 20 btw

  • WORD!.. Lil wayne and all that MTV shit is just a part of the big cold WALL.. They're mind controlled by it and it's sad..

  • I just shaved my fucking eyebrows off and was eaten by a giant, singing hibiscus flower.

  • @BobDoleNSatanRmyniGz the VERY SAME THING happened to me the other day, but then I came to in a stadium bathroom, reading a book of poems. I was hot too, so I cooled my forehead with water from the toilet I was leaning against. Good times.

  • @BobDoleNSatanRmyniGz LOZ RANDOM!!!!!!1111111111111

  • @CrapTurret94 its from the movie, idiot

  • @Boldark Ah.

  • @Boldark Ah. Yh, I remember now. Although it's during a different song, so it was still a pretty irrelevant comment.

  • @BobDoleNSatanRmyniGz i dont get it

  • @porchy44 Meet me in the 4th dimension, behind the Diary Queen in Ennis, TX. We will smoke blunts of PCP.

  • @BobDoleNSatanRmyniGz then will i get it?

  • @BobDoleNSatanRmyniGz absolutely not

  • @BobDoleNSatanRmyniGz well I did just the 1st one. propably regretting it when I wake up.

  • @BobDoleNSatanRmyniGz well I was on trial and the judge was literally a giant asshole and I was leading a bunch of neo-nazis

  • @BobDoleNSatanRmyniGz

    That was actually a vagina.

  • The piano part sounds like some stereotypical slow-dance 70s teen movie senior prom music. I'm not saying it's not awesome ;p

  • PINK FLOYD

  • song is deep

  • i love pink floyd

  • I have tickets to 1st July in Paris to watch Roger... I never thought this opportunity would've come.

  • Thanks Pink!!

  • don't u surprise when a crack in the ice ...

  • When I was in middle school I checked this out from the library. It was on a polyvinyl record. About 30 years ago.

    Oh man...

  • @ion010101 I hear that.It still comes as a shock when I look at my fave albums and clock the release date on the back.Nowadays I try to avoid looking at these reminders of my passing years and enjoy the music which never gets old ^.^

  • this is the kind of band that stamps all modern music into the ground where it belongs

  • Remember when bands played instruments? A novel idea isn't it?

  • I saw this live 2 nights ago, best moment of my life

  • Pink Floyd helped and help me in my life! Thank you.

  • Roger Waters should do character voices in a movie

  • Don't be surprised, when a crack in the ice

    Appears under your feet

  • who in the fuck would give the thin ice song a bad one

its the best of course of the west mang haha

  • pink floyd didnt have or need autotune,BITCHES!

  • @yuepon13 damn straight man fuck these pretending fucks

    lol

  • @yuepon13 they did use a vocoder in sheep tho

  • @yuepon13 so true. They still are MASTERS!!! btw they doubled voices for the same purpose ;)...oh those 70's tricks :))

  • @yuepon13 but they did have other special effects. if they did have autotune they would have used it perfectly for the perfect moment

  • It's a shame. Music these days has no damn soul. The lyrics are all pointless and even I could write better ones than those. I really wish we could just have good music again. The thing is.......everyone sells out. The only people who know good music and want to have a career making it are usually kept down by their parents and society with things like "You will never make it". If anyone from this band took that advice, we would have missed out on a lot.

  • nine people dont have souls....

  • How can someone disslike this vido..

    i don't understand it..

  • ill see you on the dark side of the moon

your just another brick in the wall

the ring of the division bell had begun

how i wish how i wish you were here

youve gotta know when to strike when the moment is right without thinking

it was dark all around there was frost in the ground when the tigers broke free

my favorite quotes frome each album

  • 8 people hurt their hands jacking off and missed the like button

  • Uplifting... just like drowning in a pool of blood with your deepest desires and dissapointents pushing you down hardest like ever.;

  • mama loves her baby............

  • People,in my world anything by Pink Floyd is 100/100

  • The Darkness of reality is either your friend to be at peace with or an enemy to be feared... Pink Floyd helped me make a friend of the darkness

  • @chickensandwich77 I totally understand what you mean. Right there with you, bro.

  • @chickensandwich77 Right on man I totally get what your saying.

  • ANIMALS YOU PEOPLE! ANIMIALS is the one that slid under the radar......Dogs and Pigs and Sheep..and the Pigs on the wings ...Jamming like that occurs NOWHERE else in the whole thing... Dark Side THRU Animals are all PERFECT music. ALL 100 out of 100 Not one bad sond from '72 tilll '77' but Echoes off Meddle remains the most perfect piece of music ever constructed. Cheers. Shine on.

  • The first half of this song is so sweet... I mean, I love the whole song, but that first part is so relaxing and innocent and aaawww <3

  • @MissCartoonist So funny.... cuz i like the 1st half... but the crowning end is just ..... so fuckingggg great. it's like facing the end to an awesome start. Water and oil if you will but both only beautiful if in the same bottle.

I need to somoke some more good stuff now.

  • @MissCartoonist That's the intention. To start it off nice and sweet, representing the innocent beginnings of life, then the dark "thin ice" lyrics come in representing the loss of this nice world to reality.

  • MY OPINION 1. Animals 2. DSotM 3. The Wall 4. Wish You Were Here 5. Meddle 6. Division Bell 7. Saucerful 8. The Final Cut 9. S/T Haven't heard enough of the others.
  • 1. Dark Side Of The Moon 100/100 2. The Division Bell 99/100 3. Wish You Were Here 99/10
