There's quite some make up involved in it, so it's not really all 100% natural, but still those are amazing cosplays. Plus wigs and such, as well.

Oh and I forgot to add, some people also do plastic surgery to look like game characters, so don't go thinking they were born like it :) Plus make up and wigs, like I said.

But don't get me wrong I am not trying to criticize, like I said, those are great cosplays. I am just saying don't think it's all natural.
