@SSsupercharged95 where did you buy your holga? All the ones i've seen are expensive. I'm not paying 50 or more for what is essentially a toy camera...help!
@Musicman543210 The light leaks make the photos unique. And... it isn't prone to breaking. I've dropped one millions of times and it is still in alomst-perfect condition.
I opened our new holga yesterday, looked it of clicked down on the shutter button a few times, then, I noticed it stopped "clicking" when pressed down on shutter! Did I break it? I'm not sure. I know it's on the correct setting on the bottom too.
Please, can I get some feedback on this event. Thanks.
Holga photographs come in colour if you use colour film. It uses 120 roll film. I'd recommend using a film speed of 400 to start off with. No, you can likely find somewhere in your area to develop it for you. If you want digital images as your finished product, ask them when they develop your images if they will put them on a disc for you.
No, you can send it out in your nearby pharmacy if they still do send outs. Major Pharmacy does it cheap. I paid about 5.99 for developing and printing. You should ask if they still do send outs because one of my nearby pharmacy stop sending out film for some reason.
or can i scan films on to my computer?
If you want to scan films to your computer you have to have a film scanner that scan 120 film (medium format film)
@davidk927 im in the same positon as you ,the holga 120 uses 120mm which is bnw , but you can buy a 35mm adapter to use 35mm lomo film , or u can just buy a holga 135bc, which uses 35 mm lomo and to scan the pics to ur pc you first need to develop them in a drugstore or w/e
What's your point?

1. Yep.
2. 120 film... which can come in b&w, color, and even sepia I believe.
3. No, just find a lab that develops 120 film or give it to a wal-mart photolab... they'll send it out somehwere to be developed, will take a while.
4. Dunno

Im not entirely sure about holga, but from what my friend tells me this is what I know ( I could be wrong)
They do come in color
some use 120 mm and some use 35mm
you dont have to, but most places wont develop 120 mm film
i think you can scan it, but color chemicals are dangerous to devlop yourself.
I hope i helped
