ty for this video. I am looking at all the job interview tips videos. I'm just an 18 year old dude and to me this is a huge challenge, I've been interviewed before at my high school job but it wasn't this serious. I wish job interviews didn't have to be such a huge deal. Like why not just have the person come in, in his regular everyday clothes, discuss everything and be out. I mean the handshake, first impressions shit is too much. Not enough laid back people in the business industry.
Ill let you slide, because your 18, i think you need to back track a bit on the importanceof first impressions, number one... these people are going to be paying you with if not their own money but the companies money, which for them means a lot, secondly you will be representing the company everytime you wear the uniform or talk about your job to others, be friends or at other job opportunities the role of your job puts you in, this is the difference between a sale and no sale, think aboutt it
I think that djballistic1's suggestion would show guts, and it would show you aren't afraid of taking a decision when it's practical, and finally that you can have humor, when people would think you would feel awkward. I'd have done exactly that : Wow, I'd like to shake all 12 hands here, but then I won't have time to show you why you'd hire me.

I have a question. How about if I am interviewed by a panel of supervisors? Is it appropriate to handshake all of them?
