Is there something you do after shooting the dragon down to not have Leon having to recover from the IRL shot?He just has to when I play and even my best attempts so far are still a fraction too slow to make it back in time :(

I mean,you can run straight away and I lose much time by Leon putting his IRL down before he runs :(

@michelvanhoudt Yeah I'm afraid that's an NTSC thing :( PAL still recovers the rocket shot. But you should still be able to make it if you shoot the chain as early as you can :)

@DerekT21288 Yeah it seems I can,but for some reason it's quicker if I kill the guy on it so I can run bit further before the dragon drops.

I seem to be able to run earlier then,than after the cutscene.

Strange but,i'll take it cause I can make it this way :)

1:08. Instead of messing around, you could have been shooting at the People ahead. Only wasting a few seconds.

Second Knight battle could be better.

However, you could say im nit picking, but i'd expect better from you.

Your the Derek who holds the guinness world record for completion of the game?

The GWR' staff are pretty proud of your record. They say its the hardest GWR' - Gaming world record in the world to break.

I looked into breaking it, but couldn't be done.

@evertonfan6666 1:08 is a timed part which can't be any faster/slower anyway. After we leave the turning platform there is the same exact time until we can jump back onto it so what we do during this dosent matter. I had time to fire a rocket to the 2 guys and still make it back anyway so no time was lost. I just made it 100% consistent without losing time. The second knight battle wasn't perfect but I only fired the rocket 0.25 seconds later than I could anyway.

@evertonfan6666 Also I am the GWR player. I did a Single Segment new game run on wii back in October 08. It was a great experience but unfortunately the run was a disaster. I got so much bad luck throughout the run. It can be beaten so badly now and there is no way it's the best run in GWR :)

Lol thats not my oppinion, im just going by what Gaz Deaves ( the head of GWR:GE) said. Personally, im quite offended, since i myself have 7 GWR's - 26 if you include TG records.

And yeah i see what you mean by why you didn't rush in that area.

Still 2 hours is a completely SOLID speedrun for a straight attempt- although i heard you made a massive mistake with the Island glitch ?

Shame. He made quite a few mistakes in this.

Its a long as hell chapter though, so i dont blame him for not trying to make it perfect

@evertonfan6666 What mistakes are you talking about? This was one of the best segments of the speedrun :) That hit on the bridge was on purpose to lower the difficulty and it was the fastest way through anyway.

@adogg162006 ROFL settle down kid. Its nothing but a bit of contructive criticism. His runs are perfect? haha. They are good, but even he will admit they are not perfect. He even chose to not use glitches in this run- so how on earth could it be " perfect"?
