@laleldon I think she's a representation of Lexi, because she was born in 2000, making her around 2 or 3 for anything Heathen related. The girl here seems like she's around 4 or 5, but I might be wrong. I DO think that fans of his seeing this vid are supposed to equate the girl with Lexi.

That doesn't look like it could be Lexi. She wasn't even two years old yet when Heathen came out. The girl looks oder than a year and a half. Where did you find that it is Lexi? I would like to see myself. I hope I don't sound rude or anything by asking... If I do, I'm sorry- I don't mean to.

I found a video called: Bowie's 2002 CNN Interview (August 24) , and being my slow self, at 4:29 I thought the text on the screen said it 'was' his daughter. Turns out that it said 'not' over to the side. I didn't see it. I feel terrible, I'm so sorry! 8'(

No, that's not her daughter. This video was shot in 2002, Lexie (Bowie's daughter) was only 2 then.
